AC off when you go out but I understand why as it's very expensive. They let you in so felt bad coming in at 3am after drinking! Many stairs if on 5th floor so tell them if you have issues with that ahead of time. Not a hang out place like a hostel more like a hotel. Very nice people, nicest I've ever met. Very helpful people. Booked tunnels through them for a reduced price than travel agencies. Great central location. Very clean and new bathroom appliances. Very cheap beer! Would stay again!

Cons: Shutting off AC in rooms during the day No AC in common areas A bit isolated, need a moped, not bad to drive around as roads are decent condition The only thing between my passport and a thief from the street is my lock. Room door was left unlocked and reception is away from street so no strangers are not intercepted... Pros: Clean Beautiful Friendly staff Free drinking water On beach Nice bar Nearby street market with yummy fried chicken AC/location = deal breaker

Every guest or group of guest gets a key. It is up to the guests to lock the doors but I often lock the doors myself. We have never had a robbery at the hostel as all the doors are within sight of our staff or our cameras. We offer AC between 5pm and 11am which is 18 hours a day. We think this is generous for a hostel. We used to offer AC all day but it was rarely turned off and we had to replace too many AC units.

Great AC, pool, sun lounging, soccer net, pool table. Bathroom smelled Private room was mattress on floor Towels beat up Glass patio door with a padlock Had glow paint artist charge for designs but $1 at the store for 5 colour pots Can rent a moped from them without insurance so tourists crash and are charged big fees for repairs on top of injuries A bit far from ports/airport/moon parties Food good but salty so u buy drinks Techno music blasted all day and night Would not stay again!

Great atmosphere: good music, beer pong, lots of people, bar Great location just off the main drag Close to the bus stop Great AC Great staff Clean It is a bit noisy at night if you are not going out. If you are a couple they have this rule of no sleeping together. I get the rule but it would be nice to sleep beside my SO when you are not feeling good and when private rooms do not have AC what choice do we have. But would stay again just not when sick!

The pros were their very helpful staff who booked lots of independent stuff. They had a puppy too, super cute! Their cafe was good too. And they have computers. The cons were that the only AC room is the common room during the day. I get why but would prefer to have AC in the rooms. Or in the front entrance and separate it from the stairway. The cafe closes at 9pm and only has breakfast food in the AM but was hoping for a spring roll maybe! Showers were gross on 2nd floor but 3rd was fine!

The hostel has an awesome location right next to the busy night life. The common area has a mat that stunk like feet during the day, but if you can get past that, the area is a great place to meet fellow travelers. They turn AC off during the day, so dont think about sleeping during the hot months. Staff are semi nice, but are there more for tidying then for helping you out with information!
