For Hong Kong, it's a great place to stay. Expect small rooms, though decent. Staff is alright, though some are friendlier, probably because of language barrier. Great location to explore the city, not too far from Kowloon area by subway. Stayed two nights in a 9-bed dorm room, would stay there again.
Stayed one night in dorm, enjoyed the common area in the lobby. Staff was helpful and speaks good English. Bathrooms and showers are small, but clean. A little far from everything, but easy to get around with the subway, which is a 10-15 min walk from the hostel. Would stay again.
Great hostel with great staff. Very helpful with tons of activities. Place is clean and food is good. Atmosphere is also very nice, Very easy to meet people. Close enough to metro station, so it's easy to get anywhere. Would stay again. - Anna
Garden Inn is a very nice place to stay. The courtyard is great to meet people or just hang out. The staff is very helpful and speaks great English. The food is good and prices are decent. I was in a 4-bed dorm and it's was clean. Locker is small, but it fit my camera in it's bag and my laptop. The Inn is a few minutes walk away from the main entertainment area in old town, but it's still quiet at night. I would definitely stay there again. - Anna
Great stay, Lilly and Steven, the hostel owners, were very helpful and friendly. There's a great crowd at the inn and if you're looking to be close to West street and all the action, I would recommend Climber's Inn wether you are a climber or not! - Anna
