The hostel staff were friendly and did the best they could to make a welcoming, social atmosphere with different activities each day. However not having enough bathrooms or toilets for the number of guests meant they were dirty and had long wait times to use, especially at night when all you want to do is brush your teeth. For the price they charge, you can stay at other hostels in the city that have air conditioning, better beds, nicer bathrooms and better breakfast options (including coffee).

Great place to stay when visiting Pamukkale. The owner was friendly when they checked me in and the bathrooms were very clean and functional. I'd stay here again.

The garden is lovely to spend time in and a great social space to chill and chat to other travellers. However the bathrooms were dirty and run down and the staff weren't very knowledgeable and were unable to help with questions about public transport or the best way to get to Efes without paying for a tour.

I had a wonderful stay at Diadem. The owners and staff were super friendly and enthusiastic to help you book balloon rides, or show you all the best hiking trails. The hostel had a nice social atmosphere and an incredible breakfast.

Regina is a lovely host who gave really great recommendations on where to go, see and eat in Florence. The breakfast however was very basic, a fruit juice box and packet cake doesn't cut it for me. The double bed in our room was two singles pushed together which wasn't ideal either. Location is just a short walk into the main centre or a 5 minute bus ride, however there are restaurants and bakeries around the apartment too.

Francesco is the most astoundingly hospitable and kind gracious host I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I will certainly be returning to his hostel just to stay with him again. Definitely get the hot breakfast.

This bed was out of this world and the entire room was covered in towels and candy. it was like a towel/ candy paradise land. loved it. great job. only a 20ish minute walk into the old town or a quick bus ride.

The room was lovely clean and spacious, however they charge your entire stay to your credit card before arrival and could not explain in English the payment process to me. I had to check my bill to clarify. great location.

Completely amazing place to stay, and however long you stay in Bled, make sure you go to the bakery near the bus station where you get a 10% discount from the hostel!!!

Small but wonderful, this place is great to relax and have a chat with the other hostel guests. Very clean and new, the only down side would be the location which is a little bit further out from the old town them I would have liked. I would recommend walking through the park as it is a much nicer walk into town. I've rated the security of the place as low due to doors always being left open and no lockers, however the atmosphere here is so friendly I did not feel like I needed anything more.

The facilities at all the Wombats Hostels I've stayed at have been immaculate and this one was no exception. If you are after a clean place to stay in an interesting area this is perfect, however as a large hostel atmosphere is lacking and its very hard to meet people. Staff are efficient but don't go out of their way for you.

I only stayed here the one night but a few friends of mine were regulars here so went out with them for most of my time in Prague. Wow. You will not regret it in the slightest, just make sure you book ahead of time as it is a small hostel and beds book up fast!

This place was really great to stay in as a solo traveller as the staff and other guests are so welcoming. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Prague but that shouldn't deter you, there are some great places to hang around and eat nearby too. My only problem was with the security when my dorm door was broken and anyone could have walked in. However they were quick to rectify the issue and nothing was taken. TV room was super comfy and a perfect hangover cure with the delivery pizza.

This was the best hostel we've stayed at in 3 months of travelling. Great staff and atmosphere, the downstairs is really social and cozy, very hard not to make friends. Make sure you go out on the pub crawls and club nights Humza really knows his way around and will look after you!

This hostel was so lovely, the staff go out of their way to recommend local places to go and just generally make the place feel really welcoming. The guide from the free walking tour was really funny and knowledgeable, if you have the time make the effort to check it out.

The location was really good, however they advertised as having a kitchen but when we arrived we found out it was 'under renovation'. Instead there was a dark little basement area with a kettle, microwave and dusty plates. Showers were also atrocious, the two on my floor, one with a mouldy ceiling and the other missing a door were unusable. We had to go upstairs to use those ones, meaning only three acceptable female showers in the whole hostel. Bar very expensive for a hostel.

This was a really great place to stay, staff were super friendly and the bar was cheap with a great atmosphere for chatting and meeting new people. For the Australians out there, breakfast is accompanied by a jar of Vegemite, so try to contain your excitement. Overall would definitely stay here again and I've already recommended it to friends who are heading to Edinburgh later this month.

I really wanted to enjoy my time here. Its a great location of Manchester with really cool coffee shops and record stores, the facilities were amazing, big kitchen, great water pressure in the showers and staff. My only complaint was the other people staying here. It seems to attract a weird crowd of people who honestly made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hear that the other Hatters in Manchester has a better overall vibe. Wouldn't stay in this hostel again sadly.
Well, I'm glad you enjoyed the facilities and that the staff were on their feet. It can be a bit awkward with the crowds that develop in hostels, what with the traveler culture, but there's always a high turn over of people so it changes pretty rapidly. If all else fails and it makes you feel uncomfortable, we may be able to move you to another room. Thanks for the feed back!

This place is in a fantastic location in the centre of Oxford, for this reason the cost to stay is a bit steeper, but in my opinion the great kitchen and communal areas more than make up for it. The only thing to note is that this is not a party hostel, quite a few language students from the school nearby are here so the atmosphere is quite quiet at times. In saying that the staff are young and happy to recommend somewhere to spend your time for a great night out.
