Great hostel. A little expensive compared to other places we stayed but it was very nice with great common areas perfect for meeting people.

Hi, yes we do charge a little more on accommodation but we also have the best facilities of any hostel in the region and we pay our staff more than they'd get elsewhere, along with several paid leave entitlements that we offer them. We also do our best to keep our in- house prices (like food and booze) down so there's no nasty surprises when you get here - 3 hour happy hour with 50c beer and 2 for 1 cocktails - who does that? WE DO! Cheers! :-)

Saigon Backpackers Hostel @ Bui Vien, Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

The hostel is quite basic but has everything you need. The room was fine and the breakfast was pretty nice. But you can't beat the location, inbetween the two Main Streets of Ho Chi Minh, in a small alley perfect for getting cheap street food.

Big Tree Backpackers & Bistro, Quy Nhon, Vietnam

The Big Tree was the perfect place for a few days chill time. The hostel is right on the beach and the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent! The village offers a few places to buy snacks and some street food but in the evening you'll have to eat in the hostel but that doesn't matter because the food is really good!

Dai Long hotel is perfect for a short stay in Hoi An. We had a private room for 3 and it worked out good value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful in giving information about where to go and what to do in Hoi An. The hotel is on the main road connecting the old town with the beach, which is the perfect location, just 5minutes walk to the old town and the river and a 3km cycle to the beach in the other direction. Bicycles are available to hire for only $1 per day.

Tran Ly Hotel, Hue, Vietnam
8.0
2nd Jul 2015

We stayed at Tran Ly for one night and it was a great little stop over. We were upgraded to a delux private room. The room was big and spacious including fresh towels toiletries and mini fridge. At only £2.80 a night the stay was amazing value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful with organising taxi's and also hiring motorbikes, with which to travel to Hoi An and have our bags delivered to our next hotel.

The hostel was in a great location, it was very clean and good value for the money. The best thing about this hostel was the staff. Chris and his wife Linda were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the area. I would definitely stay in this hostel again.
