The toilet flush in our room was broken, they fixed it in the following day, but then there wasn't toilet paper. And all the bathrooms and toilets smell really bad, maybe because they are old and need some renewal. The staff is not very nice compared to other hostels.

The hostel is great, we felt like in a hotel. The only problem Was that the wifi wasn't working properly. Good value for money.

Worst hostel ever! The staff is extremely rude and controlling, they watch every step you take. We don't have any privacy and we felt like intruders in their house. We can not sit in the couch if we are drinking, only at the eating tables. The air conditioning is controlled by the staff and doesn't work all the day, only a few hours at night. We had two nights reserved, but only stayed one, we couldn't even enjoy the city because of this unpleasant experience at this creepy hostel.

Our room was never cleaned when we were out and one day a creepy old man came to our room (female room) at night to ask if there was any trash and complained because the bathroom was wet, but the thing is that the shower is awful, the water goes straight out of the shower bin and the water is freezing cold or hot as hell. Another really bad thing was that I had really painfull bites all over my body, and I found out, reading the comments, that is due to BED BUGS. This is extremely unsanitary.

Very nice staff and clean facilities. Could have one stove and oven to cook and one fridge at the private rooms area.
