More like a hotel than a hostel, felt very impersonal, so depends what you are looking for. Definitly wouldn't have liked it if i was on my own, but with my partner it was great. It was clean, great location, 2 minutes walk from the bridge across to the old town, and in an area full of great places to eat. The breakfast which was included was also really good; traditional break and ham and tomatoe, or cerial or yogurt, with juice and coffee.

Very nice building with lots of character, also felt like a really sociable hostel, breakfast was help yourself around one large table, so chatting at breafast was easy. Our room was lovely, well decortated and very clean, but I thought it was small and lacking facilities considering the price (the most expensive we paid on our holiday), having said that it is a touristy area, and I think in comparision to others it is a similar price, for a location, a lovely hostel with friendly staff.

Staff were lovely, the hostel had a family house like feel and you didn't really realise how many people were staying there until it came to breakfast. Breakfast was included and there was a huge selection, but the options were slightly odd, cakes and rice pudding included. Thought the location was really good, right near the commerical center, where there was good eating and drinking options.

Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly but it was a little too hot to be going without airconditioning

Is a nice walk from the skytrain but quite out of town, but this doesn't matter as taxis are really cheap. Nice air con for people who like it cool.

friendly staff, VERY cheap beer and sangria (served by the litre). And in exchange for the occasional cold shower it was a very nice place to stay.
