This hostel is very small so expect crampt rooms. There isn't much space to put back packs and if you want to get into your locker under your bed you will have to move a few bags. Each bed has it's own plug though and shelf which is great. The kitchen is nice and the hostel is clean. It's not too far from paulista but it is a very steep walk with backpacks! The showers are warm and clean. There isn't really a common area to hang out which is a shame the outside area is ok but can get cold.

The best thing about this hostel by far is the staff. They are so helpful and kind, I bought a sim card and it turned out to be a bit complicated but they talked me through the WHOLE THING!! It's in a nice area close to the metro and lots of supermarkets. The downfalls are that there aren't enough plugs and the kitchen needs more storage/ work top space and utensils. I would stay here again if I came to Rio it has a nice chilled vibe.

This hostel has so much potential, the main common area needs more comfy chairs/sofas/beanbags to hang out. The rooms need heaters as they are damp and cold. The kitchen needs a new cooker and new pans untensils, better opening hours it's shut over lunch!?! The one positive was that i arrived unwell before check in and the lady on reception got me a bed early. The breakfast is also pretty good. It's a shame because it's so clean it just needs some changes making it has a good location as well.

This hostel is really nice and relaxed. The views are amazing and the free breakfast is definitely the best I've had in any hostel. The evenings meals are also great. The wifi isn't the best and the TV doesn't work well but it didn't matter too much. Definitely great that the 10 bed dorm has two bathrooms and the showers are warm. The lockers are also really big so you can put a whole bag in. Just a really nice relaxed hostel, would stay here again.

This hostel is really nice and clean. They do ok meals and have a kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There is a supermarket in a mall pretty close for most of the things you need. The staff are really helpful, I didn't realise laundry was 24 hours and I was going to the lost city the next day they managed to get my laundry ready for me to take. The bar is open until about 12pm so unless you are a deep sleeper you won't get to sleep before it closes as the music is quite loud.

Overall this is a good hostel right in the middle of bogota. The showers are nice and hot and the wifi is good. The main downfalls are that the beds in the 10 bed dorm aren't that comfy and it can get quite cold at night and the buzzer is right next to one of the rooms, so can wt quite noisy at night. Some of the staff dong speak much English but will try and help you anyway. Reception is 24 hours which is great if you have a late flight. Overall a pretty good hostel, nice and relaxed.

This is a good hostel. The main drawback is that it is on so many floors, but is understandable being in the city centre and in a high rise. The kitchen is a good size lots of storage and always clean. The balcony is lovely and has a great view of the city. They also have. Hot tub and sauna which is a nice luxury. The wifi can be a bit sketchy in places. Would stay here again.

Only stayed here over night between buses but has everything you would need laundry etc. Seems to be close to everything you would need, bars, supermarket etc. Security is very good here swipe access to floors and rooms. Everything is clean. Good place to stay.

The kitchen could do with updating as could the bathrooms, they were very cold and damp. Good location really close walk to the centre. There weren't any lockers which was a shame couldn't lock anything up. Ok for a short stay.

For how big this hostel is it's surprisingly good. The 24 hour reception is great as is the kitchen. The kitchen has been well thought out for so many people and the free tea/coffee/pasta & rice is a real winner. In walking distance to the free tram! The only downfalls are the quilts are a bit small and if you're a light sleeper this might not be for you with the bar downstairs.

Thank you for your wonderful review, We think it is important to be able to offer 24 hour service and security to our guests. As we are budget accommodation offering free breakfast, staples (rice, pasta, tea and coffee) and a cheap BBQ every day is our way of helping our guests out. Looking forward to welcoming you again soon. Kind regards, The team at urban central

This hostel is very average and not that clean, but very cheap so don't expect much. You also have to pay a deposit for cutlery which is stupid. The kitchen is very dirty and not anywhere near big enough for the amount of people that stay there. People were queuing to cook food at dinner time. One of the jobs was broken. There aren't enough utensils in the kitchen to cook with and it's very dirty. There aren't enough cloths/tea towels with even if you did want to clean up after yourself.

This hostel is great, really clean great kitchen has so many utensils -could do with a new fridge though. The bathrooms are really good rooms are nice and it has a great really friendly atmosphere. Not too party hard but still really sociable. The biggest let down is the location, even though they do out buses on it would be nice to have them more regularly. If you miss the 12:30 you have to wait until 3:30pm for the next bus. Still great though would stay again.

This hostel is great, nice and clean everything is pretty new. The beds have curtains nice for privacy and plug sockets. The location is good and the staff are great. The two major let downs are that the noise from the road can be quite bad at night as the windows are only single glazed. There also isn't a kitchen so we had to borrow bowls from the cafe downstairs which was a bit awkward. They do have a fridge and microwave but no cutlery etc. which is a shame.

This hostel is very close to the strain which is great you can get to peace memorial park easily. It is however quite small, the common area could probably get very crampt if there were a lot of people staying. It is very clean and the beds are comfy, I was on the top bunk and found the ladder very small hard to get back down. The noise from the train didn't bother me too much but I only stayed one night, overall quite a nice hostel but not the best.

The staff here are very helpful, I needed to book a bus ticket so they wrote a message to give to the person in the shop to book the ticket. The common room is great you can cook proper meals and is very sociable. The beds are very big. The only downside is thus means there isn't much room for your bags. The bathrooms are also very nice and the showers are warm. It's a bit pricey but I would stay here again.

The staff here are great, so friendly and really really helpful. They have little curtains round the beds or privacy which is really nice especially if you want to go to bed earlier than people in your dorm. It's also really close to the metro. The only let downs were that my bed didn't have a plug and light like the others and the plug near it didn't work, apart from that it was great.

The atmosphere in this hostel is strange, there seem to be a lot more mainlanders and families than younger travellers, it doesn't feel like a hostel. The common room is set out quite strange so people don't really hang out there. You have to put a key card in to get electricity so you can't charge anything unless you are in the room, which can be annoying. The staffs English is ok but they aren't the most friendly. It's clean but a very average hostel.

This hostel is very basic, there aren't very many plugs in the rooms so trying to charge anything is difficult. There is mould everywhere and the staff looked fed up. It was quite noisy at night but then again was very cheap. The location was very good but I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hostel in a great location staff are really helpful showed us where to go what buses to get. The rooms are lovely and the air con is great, so are the showers. The only downfall is that the common area can be a tiny bit hot and you can't get wifi in the rooms. Really recommend staying here, one of the best hostels I've been to.

The travellers Palm is in a great location in KL, about 5 minutes walk a street full of great food. The metro is really close and it's easy to get to. You do have to pay for a locker and the wifi isn't the best but you get a good breakfast and the owner is really friendly and helpful. The only downfall is the guy who works there who doesn't speak much English so it can be tough if the owner ain't there to check out etc. Other than that a really great hostel.
