Had a great stay at Art Factory. Staff were friendly and helpful. A generous breakfast including eggs! The room was clean, tidy and the bed was VERY comfortable. The facilities are basic throughout and it is a hostel probably best suited to couples or solo travellers not looking for a social atmosphere.
Hi Nadine! Thank you for your comments! We are so happy to know that your stay was great! See you next time! Cheers

A small hostel with great common areas making it easy to socialise and meet others, especially for solo travellers. Hostel was clean and dorm room was spacious. Only 15 minutes walk into the centre of the old town with trams easily accessible.

A really great hostel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a great social atmosphere with free activities every night. Free brekkie and food at night a bonus (and there is so much on offer for breakfast!) Really comfortable bunk beds. Super clean. Great wifi. Great recommendations from staff on where to go, what to see, where to eat. Stay at Blue Mosquito!

Great location. Very large spacious dorms. Staff are helpful when you ask questions but they don't provide general information re: maps, orientation, things to see, places to eat without prompting.

Could be an amazing hostel but lacks the finishing touches. Staff are polite and kind but don't go out of their way. No orientation to the town/map/general info provided on arrival. Because it is such a large hostel is lacks atmosphere as there are many common rooms that are quite large, making it difficult to meet people. The hostel is very clean, spacious and in a great location. Not an ideal choice for a solo traveller but would be great for groups.

If you go to Hvar stay at Dink's place. Great atmosphere even though it was low season. Lovely outdoor terrace areas, a proper kitchen and spacious dorms with comfortable beds. The rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean. Papa Dink was so friendly and helpful.

Marina and Josip kindly picked me up from the port. A lovely surprise. The hostel is spacious and clean. It is right in the centre of the old town with views out to the ocean from my room. As it's now low season I had the whole hostel to myself which I loved. Josip provided plenty of information about what to see and do around Korcula. The cathedral is right next door so you do hear the bells ring early in the morning but this wasn't a problem for me.

A warm Bosnian welcoming from Majda and staff who quickly get to know you by name. Fantastic outdoor area which creates a wonderful social atmosphere- great for solo travellers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. The best hostel shower I've had all year! Majda makes sure you're well fed with a variety of delicious breakfasts and sometimes even some afternoon soup. A great way to chat and meet others

I'm a firm believer that the hostel you stay in impacts your view of the city and the things you see and do. Cheers hostel staff are so incredibly friendly and helpful. They provide tips and recommendations on anything you want from where to eat the best Turkish delight and gözleme to what to see on the Asian side. Beautiful view from the rooftop bar and great atmosphere. Stay at Cheers!

A decent hostel for Rome. Friendly and helpful staff. Hostel convieniently close to the station and walkable distance to key attractions. Not a very social atmosphere, especially for solo travellers. No kitchen. However this is clearly advertised by them.

What a hostel! Francesco welcomes you with open arms (literally!) into his family run hostel. Beautifully renovated. Sparkling clean bathrooms & comfortable beds for a great sleep. The dinner meals reflected local cuisine and were fresh, healthy and so tasty. This also created a lovely social atmosphere. Initially my preference was to stay in one of the cinque terre villages but staying higher up in the mountain was a wonderful way to escape the crowds and enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery.
ciao dear guest....thanks a lot ;-))) hope meet you again in the future...... big hug ciao francesco

Do yourself a favour & enjoy the full Tuscan experience by staying here. Ivan, Carly and Anna were the most amazing bunch of people running the hostel at the moment. The hostel has an incredibly welcoming & friendly vibe. Stay in an old historic building. Chill out- enjoy the pool & hammocks during the day or go out & visit medieval walled castles nearby. Do day trips to Pisa, Lucca and Siena. Enjoy staying in a place away from the tourists and the crowds with a small group of other backpackers

A fantastic budget hostel. Great location away from the hectic crowds of tourists but still within easy reach of all the key attractions by foot. Super clean. Spacious. Enjoy being were the locals live. Highly recommend.

A huge hostel in a convenient location. Friendly staff. However because of the sheer size of common areas it's not very social for a solo traveller.

What a hostel! Ostello Bello is a luxury hostel like no other I have stayed in for the past 3 months. Super friendly staff who go out of their way to help you. Lovely and clean. AMAZING kitchen with everything you could possibly need including plenty of good quality FREE food, not to mention the free welcome drink, free brekkie and free food prepared in the evening. Convieniently close to the train station. This hostel does not disappoint!

A hotel converted into a hostel. Conveniently close to the train station and only 10min stroll to the main beach. Large industrial kitchen. Communal dinner and drinks evenings create a social atmosphere.

Unfortunately I was the recipient of beg bug bites from this hostel. I have informed the hostel and they assure me they will attend to this. Please check your bed carefully. Aside from this the staff were very helpful and approachable. Spacious dorm room. Conviently close to the train station/metro and only 10min walk to the port.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff who are prepared to go out of their way to help you. A nice luxury not to have bunk beds. Free sangria making (and tasting) was a highlight. Good communal space that encourages a sociable atmosphere.

Fun interior design. Great location. Spacious, well designed dorms. However UHostel's 'luxury hostel' atmosphere is detracted by catering several large groups of school children meaning common areas at times are overun by kids/teens or areas are reserved out to them.

Wow! Goodmorning Lisbon Hostel has set the standard for European hostel accommodation. From the friendly smiles and conversations with staff who would go out of their way to help plan your day to the delicious breakfast waffles with endless Nutella. The hostel has a warm and welcoming vibe and as a solo traveller they provide plenty of opportunity to meet new people and make friends. The place was cleaned spotlessly every day, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location was amazing!
Thanks a million for the wonderful words :) And next time try to join us for the Castle tour, you will not regret it ;) Regards
