Our stay here was comfortable however it's probably worth it to spend some more for a room with less people, it can get very cramped.

It was a very nice hostel and they take cleanliness very seriously which is great! They could vacuum more though in the main area. They loft dorms were pretty nice however the bathroom area could use some work to spruce it up. Overall it was a good stay in a great location and I would go back again.

First of all the hostel location was great. Centrally located which was nice with lots of access to restaurants nearby. However that being said. The staff was nice but unprofessional. We heard a good amount of cursing, walking around without a shirt on etc. The hostel itself gives off a very bachelor pad feel...it's not well maintained and no other way to say it it's dirty. Absolutely no AC and only about 2 fans for the whole place. We did see one cockroach. Personally I wouldn't stay again.

The location is nice for the proximity to the train station however that is about it. It's definitely not an area of town you want to just be wandering around in, especially at night. The hostel was pretty average. Staff was nice but the room we were in had no locks on the doors and the lockers were unlockable for anyone with a normal travel size lock. The beds were clean and the bathrooms were nice and clean as well.

The hotel staff were good. The guy who corrdinated the events was very personable and friendly as well as Nas. The cleanliness was OK however I wasn't super impressed. In fact 4 of the 8 of us in the room ended up with giant bites from something on us :( no idea what it's from but it's a few days post and I still have them. Beds were rather small but manageable and the bathroom shower was very small, difficult to shut the door and stand in the shower at the same time.

Overall we were very pleased with this hostel. It would be nice if you didn't have to pay to play pool etc when the rate is already on the above average price for the location. The staff was great and the bike rental was easy to do and Copenhagen was an easy city to get around in on bike. Overall it was a good experience. The 9 bedroom doors are rather cramped FYI.
