Staff was very annoying, the woman was helpful but the man was very pushy. Very hot in room. A lot of stairs. Dirty. Tiny. You can see through the shower. Dodgy place.

Staff is amazing. Nice and understanding. Dinner every night for one euro. The terrace closes at 9:30pm which is annoying. They also close the kitchen, which you aren't allowed to cook in around that time too. Other than that good cheap place to stay.

Place is located right behind train station which is nice. The place is called "youth" hostel but had a lot of older guests. The lobby is air conditioned, but the rooms aren't. The rooms and toilets smell very badly and it is almost unbearable to handle that smell. No soap in any of the bathrooms, and in general very dirty. The staff is helpful if you ask. Wasn't given a key to my room because they didn't have any more. So that is a security concern.

The place is huge. Wifi is terrible. Everyone hangs out in the lobby because there are no outlets in rooms. Extremely hot, and dirty. College type showers with separation with just a curtain, so if you're shy, beware.People will see you naked. The walk from the bus stop to the hostel takes ages because it is a long dark road. Outside of hostel is a camp ground. People come in and out of hostel without question. Many campers used the facilities who were not even technically allowed. View is nice

Staff is amazing! The owner of the place is very nice, caring, and always cleaning! The location is right next to the bus stop to go into town. There isn't much to the hostel and it's very small, there is no microwave, or any kitchen utilities at all. However there is a grocery store close!

Staff was more into the coffee shop than the hostel. They very rarely if ever change he bed sheets and make you sleep in a "sleeping bag" so you won't sleep on the dirty sheets. It's pretty gross when you think about how many people have touched those sheets and your only protectant is a sleeping bag made from a sheet! Yikes!

Extremely hot in the rooms! Also depending on which room you get it can be very noisy because of the restaurant downstairs. Overall you cannot get a better location in Kraków!!

You get what you pay for. Be prepared to spend at least 1 hour at check in. Also be prepared for staff to come in and out of the room being confused about who belongs where. They might move you. Also be prepared to use the direst bathroom ever and spend 1 hour fine tuning the shower to get a good temperature. Usually always ice cold though. Club downstairs is pretty lame and music stops at 4am. If you don't care and just want to party than this place is for you!

Kitchen was really dirty and filled with flys. There was also no drain in the bathroom so the floor was always wet. Other than that the place is a good value for what you get.
