Great hostel! I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the dorm rooms were decent and the free breakfast was great! It's in a good location, easy walking distance from either train station, and the shops etc.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel! I was there for 4 days during the week and it was very quiet, which i did not mind. It got busier closet to the weekend. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it is not a bad walk to the city centre (about 25 minutes or you can take the metro). I would definitely stay here again!

It's a pretty good location for a hostel with a car park, which was why we chose it. Only about a 10 minute walk into the centre. The hostel was virtually empty the whole time we were there so can't really say about the atmosphere. Facilities were good.
Hi Esther, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We hope that you will choose NosDa again the next time you're in Cardiff. Maybe you should come over during a Rugby season, the atmosphere here is amazing as we're so close to the Millennium Stadium and we get loads of international rugby fans in. And otherwise our summer season is usually pretty chilled out with friendly backpackers.

Great hostel. The staff were really nice and the kitchen was a good size and mostly well equipped. It was a bit cold in our room but one of the staff gave us a heater! We really enjoyed our stay.
Thank you for your review of YHA York your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the team here to greater benefit future visitors and hopefully a return visit from yourself. Richard Robinson General Manager

Nice place. More of a guest house than a hostel. It was a good location and worked well for us. Never saw any staff that I know of (could have been one of the other guests for all I know), but the place was reasonably clean.

It wasn't a great hostel but it's cheap and in a good location. I was only there for one night so I wasn't too bothered about the rest. I wouldn't want to stay longer than 1 night though as it didn't feel that clean. But for what you pay it was ok.

Only stayed 1 night but it was very nice, no one was there when we checked in but they talked us through it on the phone and came by later to sort out paperwork etc so it was no problem. You can park on the street without any restrictions.

The hostel itself was nice and clean, quite well laid out. Really good kitchen and the breakfast was good. Just had a really awkward vibe, but that's probably because there weren't many people there at the time.

The staff were really helpful and mostlyrics there was a good hostel atmosphere. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but it wasn't terrible. The kitchen was good though quite small and the dining area not really big enough for the size of the hostel. It's quite close to some good pubs and bars and quite walkable to the city centre.

Not a bad hostel for the price. It's not a bad walk into town. The hostel is cleaned regularly. The kitchen really didn't have a lot in it so we couldn't cook much but apart from that it worked well for us.

Nice hostel, very quiet atmosphere. We stayed in 2 different rooms the female dorm was great, the mixed dorm was pretty cramped. There was no where to put our bags. Really good location though and most of the staff were really helpful.
