Probably my favorite hostel. Extremely clean. Comfortable rooms. Great location. Out of the busy center but not far at all. 7 min walk to tram, 5 mins to bus. 20 min walk to River. Not a party hostel (didn't want that) but still a nice relaxed atmosphere with communal breakfasts to meet other guests. Also the breakfast is great! João is a great and attentive host. you'll meet his 2 cute and well behaved young sons. It was exactly what we wanted and exceeded our expectations.

Clean and comfortable hostel. I slept great in the bed and guests were quiet and respectful. I was a solo traveler and I picked this place because it had its own bar and activities. I was disappointed to find that there weren't many people around and the atmosphere wasn't as outgoing as I'd hoped. The free walking tour is a very hollow outline of the basic things to see in Edinburgh and not that informative.

We stayed here for Christmas and loved it. The staff is awesome! so helpful and they are a lot of fun to hang out with. We did the free walking tour and pub crawl and really enjoyed it. There was a sangria night for Christmas eve and Christmas day there was a lunch served. Bathrooms are clean. Kitchen is clean. Free tea and coffee available. Basic breakfast for about 2 euros. Comfortable beds. Perfect location in city center very close to all attractions.

Very simple and basic. The staff are the best part. very nice and helpful, give lots of honest and helpful advice. Booked Atlas tour and Desert Tour with them, Just email before arriving with any questions. Riad is difficult to find at first, glad we got the airport pickup. Located about 20 min walk from Medina but its in a very lively local area, can buy food and spices here for very cheap because there's no tourists. Only negative is that smoking is allowed in the main floor common area

We stayed just one night. The staff were all very nice. The location is in the heart of the maze of the old town. The double room was big and clean. There are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor. They are clean but one of them had a really bad sewage smell. The rooftop terrace is very nice and has a nice view. I would recommend staying here.

located in a tiny town about 15 minute drive from Interlaken. Good if you have a car, offers free bus tickets if you don't. It sits on a beautiful lake. Kayak rental available. Information on the whole region and all activities available. Helpful staff. We stayed in the private room and it was large and nice and warm. The bathrooms are good. There are 2 toilets and a shower on each floor. The kitchen is big and easy to share cooking. Recommended.

Great location close to the metros and within walking distance from touristy area. I stayed in the 10 bed female dorm. The room was big and nice and clean. There was a kitchen for our use and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. I saw the staff cleaning them every day. There are hairdryers to use. The best part was the staff. They are very nice and extremely accommodating! This is not a party hostel, not the best atmosphere for meeting people if you're a solo traveler (like me).

I loved staying here. I was alone and it was easy to meet lots of cool people in the hostel bar. But if you don't want to party its easy to just go to bed early if you want, the rooms are quiet. The staff are accommodating and there's lots of information in the lobby. hairdryer rental available. bring your own lock for the cabinets in the dorm. there are small lockers at the desk available too. just a few tram stops from the center of town. you can buy tickets at the hostel.
