Great thing about this hostel is the location. There does not appear to be many cameras inside for security. The entrance is quite awkward so be prepared if you have heavy luggage. The atmosphere is more of a residence because there are many long-term residents ranging from months to years. There is a kitchen available so you can save money on food. Toilets seem to clog easily.

Best part about this hostel was the staff. Staff will heat up your food even though there is no communal kitchen. The staff is also very friendly if you have any questions. The location is in Zone 2 so be prepared to travel on the tube. Too many people in each room causes the room to smell. The circulation is poor. Linen is fresh and clean; however, you can feel the springs in the beds. Bathrooms are very old and not convenient with no hooks or anywhere to put your clothes other than the floor.

The rooms in this hostel were very small with almost no room to put luggage. They also charge 2 sterling for each bag that needs to be stored for the day. The breakfast is good with your basics. There is no kitchen; but there is a microwave in the dining room. It is close to Hyde Park so make the most of it.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! We are charging small fees for the luggage (cheaper than the stations' luggage storage - £6.50). We have a future plan to offer it free for regular customers. We also have different types of dormitories to suit different types of travelers depending on their budget. We hope to see you real soon!! Smart Hostels Team
