Pro: friendly stuff, perfect and safe location, they cleaned everything several times a day Con: offered activities are a little overpriced, my bunk bed would have needed some deeper cleaning; overall I would stay here again

Good tips from the host concerning trips to the falls, Usd Pesos rate is really bad, i recommend paying in usd, pool looked dirty, not many areas to lay and relax, a few mosquitos in my room, I didn‘t feel that comfortable

Pros: free oatmeal in the morning, affordable late dinners Cons: I didn‘t feel comfortable there, matresses are worn out, there was only one good shower to use, bathrooms outside, if you have an upper bunk bed your head is in the middle of a rooftop made out of straw
We are really sorry you felt uncomfortable we will work on the comments mention. In south america is very common to eat at 8 pm, its a cultural fact. But thank you for your comments, we will take it as an oportunity to be better.

Very nice stuff, good recommendations what to do around, spacious private rooms and very good showers The waste bin could have been emptied at least once during our stay Would definitely stay there again and can recommend it to everyone

Very nice stuff, they waited for me because my bus was running late, could leave my luggage there during an overnight tour, nature direct in and around the hostel with all pros and cons

If you have a bus close by the next day it‘s fine, breakfast starts early thats cool, stuff was nice I didn‘t feel very comfortable there because of the worn out mattresses, the traffic noise and all the travellers are constantly on their way, no place to relax

Location is perfect, dorms were clean, when I was there, there was no atmosphere at all, it‘s just a small hostel

I enjoyed my stay here, beds very comfortable, kitchen good equipped, only keep in mind that‘s not the newest hostel, stuff helped with organising activities and was very helpful, very good shower with awsome pressure

Very nice stuff: the owner gave me so many useful informations, he went beyond everything I had expected, also the volunteers were very nice, the dorms have a perfectly working AC, privacy curtains, everything was clean, also kitchen, only small downside is that I never had warm water, but beside that perfect hostel in La Fortuna

Perfect for one night if you are leaving the next day with busses of the terminal 7-10, breakfast is really nice, downside: beds were very uncomfortable and worn out, not a hostel to stay for longer

I didn‘t feel very comfortable: room was too tiny for 6 persons, really loud during night, kitchen is closed in the morning, everywhere were lying dirty dishes, wouldn‘t stay there again, +: comfy blanket, many activities to book with the hostel, location

Good Hostel between bus terminal and city center, breakfast was tasty, room were modern with lots of space for your stuff and privacy through the curtains, bathroom is located outside in the courtyard, maybe not the most social hostel but would stay there again, only book the tours in the city center, there are much cheaper there

Very nice and friendly stuff, good welcome sheet as overview of the city, cannot recommend the free walking tour they recommended, in the female dorm you could hear anything outside like the ladies preparing breakfast, but good breakfast

+Clean rooms, good location -no breakfast included, bathroom in the room was out of order, bathroom outdoor had no showerhead, no common activities

Very unfriendly stuff: they texted me beforehand when I would arrive shortly after 9pm they wouldn‘t let me in anymore, I paid more for a women dorm but it was converted in a mixed dorm without giving me refund, I had to pay more than on HW stated, all activities were cancelled, no social vibe at all, water bottle was often empty, not helpful at all with what activities around to do, construction work going on

+ social vibes, map with activities - everything seemed a little bit out-dated, when I was there they had one time a problem with the electricity and one day with the water, I didn‘t feel very comfortable, too expansive for what you get
Hi there! Thank you very much for staying with us. All comments are taken into account. Unfortunately these water and electricity issues sometimes happen in towns like Tulum, although fortunately and in most cases we solve them quickly. We hope you will give us another opportunity to have a wonderful stay ^^

Nice owner with useful tips what to do, everything was clean, 6 bed room with 2 beds in a seperate room with no dorm inbetween, this was useful because you had more privacy und space, could leave there after checking out Pretty expensive, reception hours are a little bit short, bathroom after check out would have been useful

Felt very uncomfortable there, very hot at night, if the window was open you could hear the street very loud, breakfast was good but wouldn‘t stay there again

Stuff was nice, dorm was clean, bed with curtains good First night I had a bed directly in front of the ac with no curtain, this was really freezing and hard to sleep, luckily I could change room The area were the hostel is situated isn‘t really safe, I wouldn‘t recommend staying there if you don‘t have a car The kitchen, the dirty coaches outside, the noises at the court at night,… I didn‘t feel very comfortable there

Very good hostel, security in front of the hostel, nice breakfast included with friendly stuff in the morning, everything was very clean, 4 bed room was very quiet situated, spacious lockers, I really enjoyed my stay Only downside: it‘s such a big hostel that it‘s hard to get to know people and the activities are not everyday and start at night
Thank you for your wonderful review! We have been implementing our new Engagement 2.0 program this winter in the hopes that it will provide more opportunities for cross-culture celebration and representation which, in turn, will allow for more chances for guests to engage with one another, so come on back and check us out! Safe travels.

Expensive but nice accomodation directly in Waikiki, fridge and own bathroom in 4 bed dorm, 2 seperate buildings, bigger kitchen only in 1 of them, they organise many activities, only wifi connection was poor in the dorm, would stay there again

I felt unconfortable in the hostel: normally the door of the dorms were never locked, there is one bathroom for the whole room, the kitchen is bad equipped, you have to log in in the wifi several times again, many tour groups there

No ladders to climb up bunk beds, kitchen poorly equipped, wifi is only working on very limited hours, kitchen opens at 8am too late if you have a tour in the morning, strange atmosphere there, can‘t drink tap water,… stuff was nice but not more

Very friendly owner & whole family, clean & big room, breakfast table was really nice to get to know other people, good location to explore Ubud & surroundings, many restaurants nearby, I felt very comfortable staying at this Homestay, I would defenitely recommend staying there also as solo traveller!

Friendly owner, very good hot shower with very good pressure, everything was vlean, ac worked out perfect, street is very secure, there is a useful list of restaurants/atms and other facilities which are nearby, a little bit far away for sightseeing in Surabaya but perfect for everything else, a microwave or an oven would have been great in the shared kitchen

Very nice stuff, there are no curtains on the beds, the main light can‘t be turned of completely and the curtains in front of the windows are also not the best so it‘s quite light in the room, bed was comfortable, 10 minutes walking distance from the train station, the reception hours are not the best: 10am is too late, was expacting a little more atmosphere in the common spaces, not enough plugs for everyone there, kitchen is well equipped and clean
Dear guest, Thank you very much for your stay and appreciate you wrote details about your opinion and suggestions. We will share these and discuss about what we can do. It would be nice if there will be another chance to welcome you again in the future. K's house Kyoto

Best Hostel I have ever stayed in! It felt like a hotel, the beds were very confortable, the curtains so thick that you really had your privacy, the shower worked out very well, there was a good heating in the room, common spaces were very clean

Nice stuff, very comfortable beds with cosy bedsheets, bed in the female dorm had small lights, a socket and a curtain, there was no possibility to lock the main door but safety boxes were provided, the common areas were mainly outside, in winter not so comfortable to hang around

I wouldn‘t recommend to stay here in Winter: in the night it gets really cold (in the room and the bathroom), there is no heating. I met 3 other guys who were staying at Elbrus and all of them got a servere cold after staying here. Moreover, there was little atmosphere and it was hard to get to know people.

Really hard to find, there should be some map provided with more informations how to get there. For one night ok, it was clean. But the aircondition blew directly in my bed. There was no atmosphere to connect with other travellers.
