Poor breakfast----the only bad breakfast I've had in Sardinia in 3 weeks. Cold room---50 degrees and heat not turned on. I couldn't check in until 4:30 PM so had to hang out at a piazza nearby.
Need hot water in kitchen sink; more lounge space----it was usually taken up by a young man who laid over the couch. Nice people; lots of bathroom facilities, although hot water sometimes lacking.
Very informal, but backpackers seem to like that.
Well organized and well-run hostel.
The proprieties was most accommodating. She picked me up and took me back to the train station. However, she wasn't in the hostel most of the time, so if one had questions or concerns, there was nobody there to answer them. Otherwise, it was very good.
Very helpful staff.
Excellent Hostel, all the way around.
Proprietor very helpful---good English, too.
Nice ambience; pleasant staff and good location.
The location was stellar!!! Just steps from the Old Port, next door to the Archeological Museum, and within two blocks of two other museums. I had a double bed, which I like (rather than some little cots that I had earlier) and had A/C, TV, Wifi, and access to a refrig. I'd recommend it on the basis of LOCATION!
Without any information on the listing for this hostel, the desk clerk said that old people were not welcome here; that it was only for 'jovene.' If there are restrictions on age, this information needs to be included in the listing.
My bed had bed bugs which spoiled my stay.
Everything was excellent, except there was no common area in which to lounge.
They said they have an age limit of 35. They let me stay there, but wouldn't let me make a reservation for another time. I've never run into this in the whole world!
This is a family house, and it's like staying with a family, which may not be for everyone, but I liked it a lot.
Very helpful people. Well located.
Quite crowded , but pleasant
