Good points: - warm welcome by staff on the day we arrived until the day we left - they went above and beyond to keep us happy. - good location - lovely pool and room with balcony - felt very at home Not so good: - a bit tricky getting the bus to and from Fira / walking - due to darkness of roads (but it's an island so kinda expected that) plus taxi wasnt more than bus fare x2 - Music at pool sometimes a tad to hectic and loud

Good: - close to tourist attractions and metro - comfortable accommodation - nice breakfast Not so good: - the staff members could learn how to smile. One staff member was welcoming but that may have been because on arrival he was telling us we were actually staying in a different building. Didn't mind, just would have been good to know in advance. - No common area to get a bit of atmosphere going - good thing I stayed in a dorm

Good things: Excellently helpful staff, lovely private room, great location, great advice on things to do. Not so good: As hostel is split up a bit, difficult to mix with other guests - I think music in the reception would be good.

Good things: nice welcome from staff, lovely big clean house, easy to get to the town centre, useful advice from staff regarding places to go. Not so good things: breakfast - a bit awkward as it's set up around a dining room table and 12 people are trying to use the toaster/ coffee maker. Shower difficult to access and again awkward if someone else is in the room using the toilet - despite cubicles.

Good: - Nice location - Helpful staff - Good room with TV Not so good: - Bed not comfortable - Hostel difficult to find - Strange staying in separate building that was not well kept in the hallways but the shared flat accommodation was nice - Never actually located the common room, it felt weird to go there as it was separate to where we were staying, also it was closed on Sundays which would be fine if you not only staying 2 nights.
