Short but very pleasant stay in Hostel M. It´s very well located, close to the train and bus station where you pick up the airport transfer, and only 10min from the Republic Square. The hostel is quiet, clean and renovated. The staff is very friendly and will make you feel like in your own house. We´ll definitely come back again.

We arrived earlier that check in time but the staff told us to come back around 2pm but check in time starts at 3pm. Anyway we had to wait until 3:30pm and it was necessary to ask the recepcionist to get our room because she ignored us. Then the room was in another hotel and I don´t understand why she didn´t tell us before. The conditions of the hotel and furniture was very poor and dirty. The towels looked like used and curtains broken. Therefore, the price we paid was excessive. DONT STAY HERE
VERY GOOD HOTEL,THE GIRL OF RECEPTION WAS REALLY NICE.EVERYTHING WAS OK(ROOM,INTERNET AND AIR CONDITIONING) EXCEPT THE TOILET THAT IT WAS A BIT OLD.AT NIGHT THE AREA BESIDE THE TRAIN STATION IS A BIT DANGEROUS.I´D COME BACK NEXT TIME TO THE SAME HOTEL.
WE BOOKED WITH NEW YORK B&B BUT WE STAYED AT GAIA B&B CAUSE THE OWNER TOLD US THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HOT WATER.THE ROOM WAS A STORE ROOM WHERE THEY COLLECT FOOD(UNDER THE BED) AND OTHERS MATERIALS OF THE HOSTEL,I THINK THAT SOMEBODY WAS LIVING IN THAT ROOM.A STAFF TOLD US THAT THE BREAKFAST WASN´T INCLUDED BUT IN THE WEB PAGE IT WAS INCLUDED AT NEW YORK SO WE DIDN´T RECEIVED ANY BREAKFAST AND WE PAID FOR THAT.I WON´T COME BACK TO THIS HOSTEL.
this hostel was quite good..it was situated near of a metro station.the rooms were big and clean.the kitchen was a bit old but it was ok.the security was good, but the rooms didn´t have a key to lock them. sacate el jacket!!!
