We stayed in a twin private room (bunks) with shared bathroom - room was tiny but at least had a sink. The hot water was not working when I went to have a shower the first time or second time. Staff very attentive but couldn't exactly do anything about it. Great location only a short walk to a lot of areas of interest. Without a key one must buzz reception from outside so good security.

Lovely and helpful staff. Great location in a quiet street close to restaurants, shops and bars, 500m to main bus station, short walk to tram, cathedral, Alcázar and Metropol parasol. Twin room was a decent size but on the third floor (no lift) which was awful with luggage - some steps are quite narrow with no anti-slip strips. No external window - just one that opened to corridor without decent curtain. Breakfast had good range but low quality - dry bread, warm yoghurt. No laundry facilities.

We stayed in a private room. Great location and very helpful staff. They have some good ways of keeping costs down - you make your own bed, the shower and basin taps are on timers which is good on the one hand but annoying on the other (esp when washing hair!). There was some construction going on when we were there so 8am every morning there was awful drilling. There was a generator outside our window that started up every time someone used water which drove us a bit mad

We stayed in a private twin room. The room was a good size, bathroom tiny and beds very very squeaky. We were facing the street so was a bit noisy at night but not too bad. The location is fantastic - right opposite Callao metro station and walking distance to main points of interest. The wifi was unbearably slow by free
