I really enjoyed my stay here. This place was recommended by another backpacker, and I am glad I came here. It was a very friendly chilled atmosphere, and the family that run it were always really kind and helpful. The dorms were great, and I have to say that out of 5 months backpacking, they had the nicest bedding of anywhere I have stayed! The breakfast is also worth a mention...Fresh watermelon, cereals, coffee, juice, toast (with a choice of different breads) and plenty of spreads. Obrigada!

I have been travelling in Latin America for 4 months, and this was the best hostel experience so far. The staff were always mega friendly and helpful, great at helping book trips,if there was a movie on TV in the reception area they would even change the language for me!The dorms were big with plenty of space for luggage, lockers and cupboards to put stuff away. The bathroom in our dorm was pretty big compared to what I am used to, and we had a balcony with a clothes line. Thanks Green House!

I really liked this hostel, it is family run and everyone is helpful.Best for groups and couples.Be warned, its a 25 minute walk to the town, which felt like quite far in the heat sometimes.I also struggled to find my way back at first as there are no street names, so head for the big chimney and its about 2 blocks behind. Also, it is a party hostel, everyone moves outside from 1am, so if having dance music playing outside your cabin is an issue, dont go here.It didnt bother me though.

I really liked this hostel. It is 15 minutes bus ride from the centre though, and there is nothing really around the hostel except the beach and a few restaurants, so it is fine if you dont mind getting the bus in to the centre, or just want to sit on the beach. The staff are really helpful, and breakfast was good(cereal, bread, jam, etc.).Only one bathroom upstairs, there is another downstairs, but sometimes there was a bit of a queue.Liked the music though, great vibe and really friendly.
