Centrally located. Approx 15 min walk to city hall. Very helpful staff. Stayed in a private room with ensuite shower - a good price for being in the centre. Basic but clean room. The shower room could do with updating - there were a lot of rusty parts. And not well designed: after a shower the whole ensuite was wet, inc toilet roll holder next to the shower. The cafe downstairs was superb with lots of nice choices and cheap prices, shame it's only open until 2pm.

Main advantage is the central location. For a private room the price was much cheaper than most places in Bath. Room is basic with a sink. Shared Bathroom clean but only 1 toilet and 2 showers. Reception staff helpful when I arrived early and they allowed me to check-in as the room was free.

A great location. We stayed in an ensuite double room (about £70) and it was just like being in a hotel. Room had a safe, hairdryer, tv, wardrobe, kettle. I realise not all rooms would have these. Free wi-fi in the lounge and bar. Free car parking. Felt very safe.
