It felt like climbing a ladder to heaven as our room was at the top, but everything was fine. Free cornflakes breakfast was nice. Bayswater of course is a great location.

Nice hostel just a few mins walk from Bayswater/Queensway. Friendly staff (Zac), chilled out atmosphere.
Got there, and they didn't have my booking. Had to share a double bed with a mate. We spooned - away from each other of course. It's right above a night club. Would not stay at again.
Very nice, funky hostel only 10mins walk from anywhere in Melbourne. Currently undergoing renovations at the front, but this is only an issue if you sleep in the middle of the day, and if you do that, I'm not too sure why you're travelling at all. Needs to have more going on, i.e. pub crawls, other activities.
Nice hostel and staff. Cool little bar inside. Great free shuttle bus into the city.
Average hostel, difficult to find parking (that you didn't have to pay for on the meter), and manager was a bit surly, especially towards those with less than average English skills.

Good location to explore Vilnius, however more activities and engagement needed (like pub crawls) to build up the atmosphere.
What a great hostel! Staff were so much fun, and willing to show you the town every night. Nice, cosy atmosphere, and good location too!

Very nice hostel! Though it is quite a journey from the airport. I'd recommend you get a taxi instead of 3 modes of transport and 2 hours of travelling.
Amazing hostel. Great spot, right near all the action, and the pub crawl was the best I've been on. Definitely stay here!
This place is amazing! A glorious 19th century mansion perched spectacularly over Nelson. Friendly couple that own and run it. All i needed was a cigar and slippers.
Not a bad hostel, though not much choice in Wanaka. There's a nightclub downstairs, which is either a plus or a minus, depending on what you're after. Very professional setup though.
Very large kitchen, good for groups. Good chill out spot on the way to Milford Sound.
Very good atmosphere. Nice cabin-style rooms. Lots of pubs/club representatives always visiting to give out discount flyers.
Great little spot in Christchurch. Stayed overnight at beginning and end of trip, both being midweek, so pretty quiet. Lots of facilities (lounge, cool room, kitchen, outdoor tables) Only a 5 min walk to the city.
This is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. Good quiet spot, only a few minutes from the centre of the city, nice rooms, and you even get a balcony. Also, very friendly staff
Our room was so hot, and smelt like ass. Otherwise good hostel right on Venice Beach. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent hostel, great staff, fun activities. All in all a great hostel to explore a beautiful city. Oh, and they have hammocks on the roof.
The bar didn't exist, it was 'closed this time of year', which as you can see is summer, so no 'well-stocked' bar as advertised, more like 'well-locked'. and no breakfast either. room was nice and tidy though, and staff were nice.
Bit of confusion on check-in, but overall good base for exploring Barca. Good lounge area, good internet, helpful girl on desk.
Unique & quirky hostel, Staff were wonderful. Felt like we were visiting old friends. Chilled out atmosphere. It was like a home away from home. Definately recommend it.
Felt as though we were staying in a brothel, female staff very loose. Treated female guests poorly & male guests favourably. Fine for a buck\'s party, but if you are a female, couple or just don\'t like STD\'s, don\'t stay here.
Generally clean and friendly hostel, but had to pay for bed linen, which we had no idea about, and is totally ridiculous in a city that's already more expensive than the top floor of Harrods. Many guests were aged well into their 60s, which prohibited us from having too much fun.
This place looks like a prison. Tried to overcharge us, bedding smelt like sweat, window wouldn\'t shut. If you\'re going to see Loch Ness, you\'re best off staying on the Loch, not in Inverness.
Some of the staff had a bit of an attitude, but it's in a good location. Needs to have more of a community feel, like a pub crawl or tours.
Excellent hostel! Great location, very friendly staff, and reasonable rooms. Just what we wanted for the 5 days before we found a flat. Would highly recommend.
It was in a great location, very close to Djemma al Fna, but it had a few hiccups. When we first arrived, they calculated what we owed, then we paid it, then they told us we owed more. There was no hot water in our shower, the bathroom door didn't close, but other than that, it was clean and comfortable, and puts you right in the thick of it.
One of the best hostels. Great location, great staff, even musical instruments, all round great management!
First of all, when we arrived at Piazzale Roma, and went to where the bus was meant to be, we waited, and then we saw some other backpackers being herded by the driver, but he forgot us. I think a little explanation on what the bus looks like to newbys would be good. The facilities were great, but i think there should have been more activites involving them, i.e. table tennis competition, things to involve those staying there, so you can meet others easier.
Great price for a hotel in Valencia, close to the Science Centre. Bit far from Ayuntamiento though.
Great hostel, inexpensive, great internet facilities, the only drawback was that there was no oven in the kitchen, made it difficult to prepare certain meals.
