Awesome hostel with really cool common areas. Staff are awesome. Free lemonade water saved me. Would stay here again!

Cozy little hostel in great location. Only 2 toilets for the whole main floor. Daytime receptionist was not friendly at all. Seemed to be annoyed when asked questions and would ignore you if she was speaking with what seemed to be her friends. Evening staff stay up to late hours talking loudly. Would not stay here again. Went to another hostel as a point of reference and had a much more pleasant experience.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. The have all the little things down, like free ear plugs, free shampoo and body wash and most importantly free breakfast and dinner. Staff is amazing. I broke my phone and they helped me by calling and finding a same day service with a reasonable price; all I had to do was drop it off. Great hostel, even better staff.

Large hostel with a hotel type feel. Good location. Great facilities and clean. Staff were awesome and very helpful. I asked to be switched from a room due to noise issues as my room was next to the floor entrance door and they upgraded me to a 4 bed. Only qualms I had was that it was difficult for me as a solo traveller to meet people as there were tons of large groups. Seems I came at a time when half of Britain were there to party so saw more partiers than backpackers.

Stayed here years ago and decided to come back as it was one of my favourite hostels. Hotel like hostel with clean facilities. Outdoor patio was great for meeting people. They have lots of places to hang (pool area, outdoor patio, rooftop patio, bar). My friends staying at other hostels came to hang here as they weren't happy with their hostel's social areas.

Hands down, the best hostel for socializing. They offer cocktail nights and the rooftop is an amazing area to meet people. I have backpacked many times all over but there's just something about this hostel that makes it super easy to make friends. Staff were awesome and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here so much that I came back weeks later. Will definitely stay here when I return to Rome.
