There's a kitchen but nothing to cook with! Guys on counters were like bouncers not customer service representatives. Very noisy in courtyard below so we couldn't sleep. Very clean is it's redeeming feature.

The staff were very unhelpful when it came to arranging a visa invitation - my 20 euro fee into their bank account ended up going 'missing' and costing a fortune in bank fees to chase up. They didn't offer to provide a visa invitation and take payment in cash or credit card instead, despite the difficulty in transferring money to them so it all seemed very dubious.

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly, and it was such great value - free internet, breakfast etc. and generous sized rooms.

Very central location next to the train station, and breakfast was great.
