On the page on Hostelworld.com it states they offer free airport transfers. We contacted them & they said it wasn't possible. This was one of the reasons we booked. We had to arranged a bus to the airport. Facilities were clean but shower heads were not mounted on a holder, you had to hold it yourself - water was not hot. On the 2nd morning they didn't provide us with coffee, they said they had run out. They did not understand English very well & we had to type our request into Google translate!

The hostel was in a great location and opposite a really good bar where we had many drinks! The hostel has lots of character and is in a really historic building. Everywhere was clean and tidy and we were provided with a really good breakfast every morning. Sara and Andrea where so helpful, really friendly and made our trip a fantastic experience. We will def be back to stay here again! We had such a good trip!

This was a really nice place to stay. Lots of character and lots of interesting people. The Buddha bar is fantastic, really well done out with a great menu. The cinema is great too, with the beds! We loved it here and the bus to and from town was great too. You will love it here.

This was not what i expected and we only stayed one night. It was too far from the city and all the amenities. The beds were uncomfortable and it was cold on a night and blankets were not provided. The people that worked there were nice though. The toilets and wash facilities could do with being upgraded.
