The staff were so kind and helpful!
Very kind and efficient staff. I had a large single room and bathroom: both were good. It was quite chilly at night and normally the AC units will provide a bit of heating as well as cooling, but my AC didn't work; I did ask at reception but they just said "it doesn't work." Breakfast was rudimentary, and much better at other hostels I have stayed in; said they had "run out of" fruit---but it would be hard to "run out of fruit" in Vietnam.
Very helpful, kind staff, and it's quiet---which is both a plus and minus---as it is very hard to find, but when you do (and manage to get home again after an evening out) it is nice and quiet---except a generator/motor which turns off and on ever few seconds in the night. (sometimes you get used it, sometimes not, probably depending on where your room is.)
