Great hostel (stayed twice) but word of advice so not leave your flip flops or shoes downstairs as they will be stolen by other hostel guests! Not acceptable!

Nice hostel. Only stayed one night because all the trains from Bandung were full and I had a flight the next day. Helpful and welcoming staff and two CATS!!! Nice area on the roof

Awesome hostel. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Especially the lady who cooks breakfast (which is lush) who goes over and above. She even provided a plastic bag after she did my laundry, normally you never see your laundry plastic bag ever again! Nice beds and walking distance to station etc. Thankyou!

Awesome hostel. Location is close to alot of restaurants + Alfa Mart and tour agencies. Nice hammocks and kitchen is a plus. Staff are great and make a real effort to remember your name. Can also advise on how to get to Borobudur and Prambanan.

Had a good stay here. Very quiet (it was mid november). Key card entrance to room is good. Pool is a great feature. Wi-Fi regularly goes down. The breakfast only available between 8-930am and food for purchase only available until 2pm. Maybe set up a pre order system where chef can prepare food for warming up later as she only works until 2pm. Quite far from anything of interest.

Great hostel. Australian owner helpful and welcoming and gives great recommendations. About 15/20 min walk to beach. Wi-Fi didn't work (not hostels fault) but it works at oemge cafe close by. Has a nice balance of quiet but also a social aspect if that's what you're looking for. Thankyou!

Great hostel. The Aussie owner is extremely welcoming and helpful. He can advise you on the best places to eat etc. The hostel is quite social so if you want to meet people you can, but it's not a 'party hostel'. The Wi-Fi didn't work (No fault of the hostels) but the Wi-Fi at OMG restaurant 40m away works fine. Only negative I can think of is that it would be great if the hostel did free breakfast, but for the low price I understand why this isn't offered. Thankyou!
thanks for the positive reviews that have had a good impact on our hostels. we fixed the wifi with new provider which is better and faster . we hope we'll hopefully be able to meet in the near future Best regard Bedplus Bakcpacker

Bit of a nightmare to find as there are no signs or anything outside (look out for a brown metal door) but other than that brilliant hostel. Very clean, staff are helpful. And it's fine to leave your stuff there if you go for a two day Pripyat tour. Closest supermarket is on the next road. Metro station close by.
Dear guest! It’s lovely to read that you enjoyed your stay with us and we thank you for taking the time to write this review. It has been our pleasure to host you and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future. Kind regards, ZigZag team

The biggest issue here are the showers. No area to get dressed. Shower heads need replacing. Not all of them have hot water. Toilet roll u have to provide your own. Ordered taxi from hostel desk which didn't arrive so had to get an uber and almost missed flight check in. Poor Wi-Fi. Other than that nice kitchen area and lots of info on what to do in almaty

Great hostel in a nice area although a bit of a walk to the subway. Staff really helpful. And so big! Great common areas if you need to do work. Rooms are great with lockers and comfy beds. I would definately recommend!

Great hostel. No complaints. Close to the subway. I was only in busan two days so had alot to do but if I was there longer I definately would have been more social as there's a great backpacker vibe

Brilliant hostel. Having a single room for dorm price was a real surprise. Only issue these rooms are extremely hot in summer even with the fan and the Japanese style bed extremely uncomfortable if you're not used to it. I don't mean this as a complaint, you're in Japan so that's life! I would 100% recommend this accomodation.

Absolutely brilliant. I've actually extended my stay as there's so much to see in Takayama and J-hoppers provides a great base. The staff are some of the best I've experienced in Japan, wonderful service, so helpful and really make an effort to go over and above and make you feel welcome. The facilities are also great. Plus they can arrange cheaper bus travel to Kyoto and Osaka. Thankyou J-Hoppers!

Average hostel. 1 major issue. This is the only hostel out of 40 countries I've stayed in where you have to PAY for a blanket for the bed (not just rent). There were none available every time I asked so I had to use my wet towel. But walking distance to alot of things to do

Not really a hostel. But reflective of how far behind Australia is compared with hostel standards across the world. This is not so much a backpacker hostel, more for long term stayers who are working 18-30 yo. Alot of couples sharing beds in rooms. Bar very loud until around midnight. Staff very welcoming (thankyou). Big kitchen and comfy common area. Overall an acceptable stay but nothing to write home about.

Great place to stay. Good value and clean. I would definately stay here again. Just one point, the karma restaurant is not open the hours advertised. They were always closed. But this is not the hotel's fault. Thanks!

Pretty average however I would probably stay here again. Wi-Fi only works outside the front of the dive shop. Love the cats! I wasn't here to dive but it's great if you are. The diving instructors particularly the English lady seemed very polite, welcoming, knowledgeable and was always giving advice to people. This is brilliant!

Nice hostel. Staff not very welcoming. Wi-Fi not fantastic. Bit of a walk to the station. But overall I would stay here again
Thank you for your stay. The walk to the train station is at most 5 mins if you are going to the bus/train station maybe about 15 mins. My Wi-Fi is super fast so I am not sure why you said wjhat you did or if you had any trouble why you did not tell any of my staff. Again Thank you for your stay please come back again. Michael, Owner

No complaints whatsoever. Staff in resteraunt below are very welcoming. I needed somewhere to chill in a guesthouse after 2 months in hostels and it was ideal. Very clean, good aircon and bathroom facilities. Unfortunately i locked myself out on the last morning after a shower and had to break the door, Alexis the owner was very good about it and I paid for a new one so check out the new door on room number 1 😶

Nice hostel. Weather was awful (not their fault) and the tour company outside would not refund me for cancelled tours without me arguing and threatening tourist police. Very clean hostel, just a bit of a walk to town

Hostel is nice enough but alot of stairs. Rooms are very hot. Showers not the best with holes in ceiling and water dripping on your head while going to toilet. There's an older guy there always smoking weed

Wouldn't call this a hostel. More like an apartment building. There is no security, the door and the apartment building entrance is open to anyone. Also very hard to find, i tried 3 taxi drivers no one knew the area, in the end had to ask a restaurant owner. Also location not ideal. But if you're after somewhere cheap in dubai this is the place
Hello! We regret that you did not like our hostel. After your review we put free lockers in each room, fixed our doors and provide keys for free for main door, room and locker.
