Great Hostel!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a great bar attached where you can get drinks and food. Easy to meet new people and socialize as well. Did have trouble with our booking. We booked a 10 bed dorm and it went through the system as a 12 bed dorm...they said it happens quite a bit so maybe book through the actual hostel website. Other than that I would stay again next time I am in London and would highly recommend.

Hey there, thanks for your feedback. Apologies for the mix up with your room, hopefully you were comfortable in the 12 bed room. Hope to see you again next time you are in London. Best wishes - Generator London

Good hostel! Centrally located so you could walk everywhere. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff were great to deal with. We had a problem with our light not turning on in our room, and they transferred us rooms right away. The beanbag room is really comfy to kick back in. There is no kitchen to cook but the bar that is attached had really good food really great prices.

Hostel needed some work. It is very far out from the main parts of London and is located above a bar that doesnt have the best feels to it. The beds feel like they are falling apart and there is no ventilation in the rooms. Bathrooms were clean enough though and showers had good pressure. But they needed more bathrooms for the amount of people that are staying there. Certainly the cheapest hostel in London but if you are looking to have fun...splurge a little and find a nicer place downtown.

Nice hostel, centrally located. Easy to get to the Fashion Museum, Roman Baths, and all the shopping stops. It is located above a bar so if you are on the first floor, use the free earplugs they have at reception (especially on karaoke night). Rooms were nice a clean and so were the bathrooms. No kitchen so you have to eat out or buy premade food, there is a microwave. Bar downstairs has discounts for guests and the breakfasts are great. Chill room upstairs is awesome to meet new people.

Very friendly place. The common room makes it easy to meet new people. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The pillow are virtually non existent and the duvets are ripped but at least they are clean. The ages in the rooms were a bit odd. There were young adults mixed in with 60+ year olds. It was a bit uncomfortable but manageable. All around it was a comfy, clean place to stay with a good atmosphere and kind staff that were always happy to help.

Bathrooms and showers are very clean. Showers have absolutely no pressure though. Bedding needs to be cleaned (found dried gum in my pillowcase). Some of the rooms need a little work. Not a lot of electrical sockets to plug anything in. No lockers to keep your stuff, or even your valuables in which made me a little uneasy. Breakfast was nice and simple. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Close to the Bull Ring and most central areas

It was a nice place to stay. Bedding could have used some better washing but other than that it was clean. Compared to the amount of rooms and beds, there were too little bathrooms, especially in the mornings. It was quiet to sleep and other guests were respectful. Staff were eager to help if you asked, were always friendly when you left and when you came back each day. Wifi is not great (mainly just in the common room and kitchen, even then it didnt really work). Centrally located.

This hostel was great! Great location to just get up and walk around the city. Lots of information on travelling, especially if you want to go up into the highlands. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. Will stay here again next time I am in Edinburgh

Great place to stay. Lots of space to move around in the rooms. Big common areas and kitchen spaces. Well stocked with games and everything else you would need. Security was very tight, couldn't get anywhere without a key card which was nice to know. Bed were comfortable and private. There were curtains on each bunk, lots of outlets and a shelf. Would stay here again next tme.
