Pros: easy to meet people and has a house sharing feel more than a hostel. Great location, lots of windows in rooms for fresh air. Cons: Kitchen was full of unwashed dishes and very small. Common area/ reception is small room is full even when you want to chill out. only 3 showers for the whole hostel. friendly staff but not so informed about the city.

Pros: 15 mins walk to the Cathedral sparkling clean, privacy and big lockers in room. Great common area, nice staff. Cons: it makes huge noise when closing and opening the door of the rooms and the fridge SMELLS. Something can be done to about it I guess. but overall, an excellent hostel and would stay there again. PS: you'll have to pay 1.7 euro per night and 2 euro for the linings on top of the rent.

Cons:This is more like a place for long term guests. I was the only traveler there during my stay so it's not the place to meet people. One of the long term guests was snoring really loudly (hostel provide earplugs) so be prepared. Also the room was facing the street so expect noises from cars and people goes on until 3am. I couldn't sleep the whole night and wouldn't want to miss the alarm because of the earplugs. Pros: Bathroom was clean and I met the nicest guy who's also staying there.

Staff is really friendly and is there to help whenever you need it, really made you feel like home; Hostel is clean and free pancakes in the morning, which is great; the place is great to meet people. The drawbacks: the hot water runs out if you take shower in busy hrs in the morning (i.e. 8-10am) and evening. There was no hot water for 2 mornings out of 3 i stayed there; the hostel is far from metro station.
