Hostel Bravo Pucon

When we booked this hostel, there was no review comments and we took our chances anyway. It turned out to be brilliant. It is one of the best hostels we stayed for the three months traveling period in South America. The owner runs the hostel himself. He is very nice and helpful. We could use most of things freely, even bicycles. Breakfast was included during our stay. The location is not in center of town but you can always bike there or walk in 10 mins. Fast Internet. Hot shower. Cheap laundry.

Landay Hostel

It's about 5-10 mins walking to metro station. The staff is nice. The only problem we had was the Internet is super slow. The pc in common room doesn't have Microsoft words installed, which I consider basic PC program. The breakfast was very basic. There are quite some restaurants close by. Considering the dorm room price, it's good place to stay anyway.

The hostel is close to bus terminal and 15-20 mins walk to downtown arica. The owner is nice and considerate. The kitchen and common room was nice place to meet ppl. The breakfast is simple. It would be better if ppl can use the kitchen in the morning for better breakfast on their own. The dorm room we stayed was nice too. Hot shower works fine as long as its a sunny day. At night ppl usually hang out. So it could be a little noise if you prefer quiet. Overall nice hostel with good ppl.

Amazing Hostel Arequipa

We travel as a couple and stayed in double room bathl for 7 nights. We would definitely recommend it. The hostel is clean, kitchen equipped well, big common room with computer, pool table and ping pong. Internet was ok, accessible from the room. The Banaba pancake for breakfast was indeed amazing. Hostel owner also has trips available to choose from. We did two trips with them. Both are reasonable price. Hostel location is not in the center center but its quiet and that is what we like about.

We stayed there for two nights in double room. It's the cheapest we found. So we booked it. Hot water shower, simple breakfast. Location was little out of center but its quiet. We paid 5sols to take taxi from bus terminal. The staff was ok. Let us check in when we arrived 5:00am in the morning. I believe it's because of the low season. However when we check out, we notice that they cleaned our room but didn't change bed sheet. We could be wrong but just a headsup.

It's one of the best we stayed. We were there for 12 nights. We liked the room, the staff and the ppl we met in the hostel. It's not a party place but it has good atmosphere for travelers who look for quiet and relax. Kitchen is free to use. Internet is super fast, we even manager to download movies. Breakfast was good. The girls who helped in the kitchen were nice and polite. We would definitely stay there again next time.

We traveeled as a couple, stayed there for 5 nights in the dorm. It was pleasant experience. The location is close to supermarket. 15 mins walk to mirafore downtown. A little farther down to waterfront. The hostel itself is clean. Common room is very good for hanging out and mingling with other travelers. Internet is fast in the common area. Kitchen has most of utensils to use. Breakfast is basic. The manager David is very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend.

It's a perfect place if u just need a one night sleep before u catch a plane next day. We had one night stop before flying from Lima and we decided to take a cheap dorm room and get over the night. It's no disappointment at all. Good common room to use, kitchen is available, super market is 15-20 mins walk if u need something. reasonable restaurant is close by. We walked from hostel to airport, otherwise 10sol for taxi. Walking with heavy backpack is not easy though.

Hostal Marsella

We stayed there 4 nights and didn't move around because the hostel was cheap and we didn't want to carry the bags to look around in new town. The location is between old town and new town, not most convenient but good enough. There is a super market close by. We saw more locals than travelers in hostel. We used the kitchen for instant noodle but later realize the kitchen is properly for family use only. Takes about 15-20 to walk to old town or new town. Water was not always hot for shower.
