Amazing staff! They take you out, cook amazing dinners, organize different events to help travellers meet each other. Laid back atmosphere, table tennis and pool tables in the back... One of the best hostels I've stayed at! Only downside - the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but with everything else, super minor!!! Love you guys!!! Will be back soon :)

The staff were extremely friendly and alway willing to help. Nice hot showers, really close to the tram line, easy to get to/from airport. Large rooms, no bunk beds was nice! Breakfast was decent, beautiful rooftop patio! Wifi was a little on/off at times, and it was loud at night with street traffic.. Other than that... A good place.

Hands down one of the best hostels I've stayed at! Breakfast was amazing, there was a soup night that was a great way to meet other travellers. Super clean, new, outdoor area big and easy to relax and talk. Of course... DO THE TOUR!! I could have stayed soooo much longer! Mostar is NOT just a one night stop!!!

The staff were super friendly. Located off the Main Street down a darker street that was a little creepy. Traffic and outside noise very loud, bring earplugs. Wifi was strong, big rooms, lockers and bathroom.

LOVED THIS HOSTEL!!! Amazing hostel in a fabulous city! Super close to EVERYTHING, love the live music down in the bar, the pub crawl was one of the best we've been on. The staff are SUPER friendly, great atmosphere with lots to do, cheap drinks and food, the free dinners were delicious! BBQ!! Only downsides: wi-fi didn't always work, the curtains are sheer, so it's bright in the mornings, and the beds are squeaky. Really minor stuff, but DEFINITELY recommend this place! Will be back.

Great location, right next to Independence Square. Wi-Fi was pretty good. Small, quiet hostel. Helen is amazing, she was there day in/day out our entire stay (5 nights), and I don't know how she did it! Only cons were the mosquitoes, the terrace doors in the room were left open by the staff all night as they constantly went in/out of the room to hang laundry outside... So we were eaten alive! There also was no lock on one of the shower doors.. So anyone could just walk in. Other than that, good!

Mohammad made the hostel!! And made our stay enjoyable. It was super clean, the cleaning staff were amazing. There are no lockers in the rooms, there are no locks on the room doors. You have to buzz to get into hostel, so safe. Bathrooms are a little funky, but for being in Marrakech, and super cheap prices, this place made our stay in Marrakech!

The new owners are super friendly and trying to make it a really good environment. Paella night, rooftop patio, very social. Only set back is that the doors to the room don't lock automatically and other people don't lock it. And the front door is left open often, so anyone could walk into your room off the street. Sure they will fix it soon though :)

A fabulous hostel! Carlos and Arthur went above and beyond to ensure we knew everything, and had everything we needed right from the beginning, and even started our stay with a complimentary drink of a cherry sherry. They helped us plan excursions and showed us the ways to the best beaches, tips on places to eat... Were all around amazing! There was a "Sangria Night", they made sangria for all of the guests, great way to meet others. Only set back was the beds were a little uncomfortable.

A good place to stay in the heart of the Moorish quarter. The caves tour was amazing!! The Internet was off n on, they had a good 3 euro breakfast, welcome drink is 2 for 1. The skylight was leaking down into the common area. A great place to meet people.

Do not stay here. Extremely poorly run. Lists of "rules" everywhere. Rooms like prison cells, toilet seats fell off, no toilet paper, sink drains clogged with hair, halls smell of stail cigarette smoke, wifi very slow. Stayed here in 2006, had a great time. It's changed management since then and it's horrible now. Would never go back.

Rooms were clean, room had 2 ensure toilets which was nice. Worst shower pressure though. No wifi in the rooms, and slow in the reception/bar. No real place to sit and relax outside of the room. Early check in was a life saver as we arrived at 5:00am, and we were able to check in and sleep for a couple hours. Good place!

The dorms are next door to the reception/kitchen, so you have to go outside, through a door next door, ring a buzzer to have someone let you in - in order to get to them. There are no security lockers in the rooms or in the building with the dorms. Only lockers are small ones in the reception area that aren't big enough to fit a laptop. No wi-fi in the dorms, only in reception which makes it hard. Showers had glass doors, and the door to the shower room didn't lock... Have to shower in swimsuit?

This is not a hostel for travellers, it is one for the homeless and people who come to the city to get drunk. No security lockers, do not feel safe leaving my bag here. filthy toilets, people smoke in the rooms and in the washrooms. In the words of the night porter when my friend advised at 3:00am that another guest had peed on her bed, then taken it to sleep in: "What do you expect for what you pay?". I think that says it all.

Decent location. The lockers in the room didn't work. My bed was double booked one night, but it was handled. The doors don't close fully behind you, so a lot of time was ae to just push doors open and gain access to room without using key card. Really good bar, live music was great!

Great place to stay! Super close to everything (although Bath is pretty small so everything is close to everything, lol). Staff were very friendly, always willing to give tips, advise and info on good places to see. The rooms, showers and toilets were clean. As for those travelers complaining about the breakfast... Then buy your breakfast, they have great options. Many hostels don't offer complimentary breakfast, so why complain about one that does?!? Especially at this price, excellent value!

Hostel was clean, and we had the 2 beds in the room that weren't bunkbeds! The kitchen was great to have with groceries stores not far. It is located in Neustadt Dresden, about a 7 min tram ride from the train station, and a 10-15min walk from the tram. Lots of character.

The location was great, down the street from the train station and walking distance from many of the attractions. No bunk beds was a bonus! Breakfast was pay what you eat which was nice. Facilities were clean, downside-there is smoking allowed in the lounge-right by the kitchen. There were only 6 lockers for our entire floor down the hall. As well the walls to the shower did not go all of the way to the ceiling, and I had a guy stand on a chair & try to look in on me as I was showering. NOT COOL
