This hostel was amazing! It's a short walk to the old town and busses to the beach and the main shopping mall. Being a brand new hostel means that it's really clean and well looked after. The roof terrace was a really great place to chill out after our long journey to Montevideo. The staff we're really friendly and helpful and always made sure we we're looked after. I would have no hesitation recommending this place to friends
The hostel itself looks really cool but doesn't really feel clean.
Although our room didn't lock due to a fault with the door, we felt very safe there and had the option of lockers if we needed them. There weren't a lot of people staying at the time so it was quiet, but the staff we're friendly
The down stairs common areas had a good social atmosphere and the bar staff whip up awesome cocktails, the location is great being in the heart of lively Lapa and provides plenty of night life options. The dorms have lockers however there are no locks on any of the rooms, the room I stayed in was extremely noisy as the fan sounded like it was about to fall off the ceiling it was also very dirty with a stale smell as were the bathrooms which also had no hot water. Definitely not a great stay.

The staff we're extremely helpful and always made sure everyone was having a good time. Our rooms we're cleaned 3 times a day to make sure there wasn't sand everywhere. Great location just near the beach
It felt more like a motel than a hostel.
A nice place to stay but not atmosphere or interaction with other guests.
It was in a nice location near the bars and restaurant in Condesa but the showers, rooms and kitchen could have been nicer.
showers were slightly dirty but the location and air con were great!
Only a 15 min walk from the centre and very affordable. includes a complete scottish breadfast. great value!
It was a good location near the main train station however the staff were very unfriendly and seemed as though they had a bad attitude. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms had hair dryers unfortunately showers weren't always hot and breakfast wasn't included.
free dinner and breakfast was handy but you have to remember you get what you pay for.
first impressions seemed a bit dingy but the staff were really friendly and the bathrooms were clean. the free breakfast and dinner was good and there is a supermaket nearby.the lines for the bathrooms can be annoying
the staff are very friendly and halpful. a walking distance to Fira and the pool was great.
overall a pleasent stay. the breakfast was nice and the staff were helpful. great location and easy to find.
The staff were very unfriendly and it felt like more of a hassle that we were staying there rather than making us feel welcome. We booked 2 twins and a double and didnt get the rooms we wanted. there is a 1am curfew which we didn't know until arrival. overall I wouldnt reccommend it
The directions listed aren't that helful so contact the hotel prior to make sure you know where you are going. It was a great place and the pool really made it that much better.
Bathrooms were dirty and showers, toilets and sinks often clogged. There were only 2 toilets and 1 sink and mirror for a whole floor.
the hostel all in all was clean, and quiet, location was close enough to the city but still inconvenient due to it being on the opposite side of the city to everything else. probably better for long stay. our door didn't close or lock properly though and there was never any toilet paper in the bathrooms.
Very close to the bus station and only a 10min walk to the old town. The kitchen being locked until 630am was annoying. Overall a good place.
The owner was fantastic and very welcoming. We had lots of fun talking with him and he gave us excellent advice on where to go especially where to eat.
