Keystone House Kings Cross

London, England

We would not reccomend this hostel and not stay here any more:our room (and I think all the rooms) are in cellar-you live in a very small dark room without any window(and our 1st room had no cupboard.)It was not possible to sleep here->very noisy every night!.you could hear many people voices, the underground, moving chairs & tables, party music the whole night!cold shower, dirty kitchen...we were angry about this inconveniences but the manager did NOT get us any compensation or money back!horror

I´d never book this hostel again...our very small room was soo dirty (curtains were stiff because of dirt..!!) and although the windows were closed, you could haer everything, each was very loud during the whole night...the breakfast was very poor: only one cup of coffee (2nd one was to pay..) und one croissant: but one day we had to leave earlier (because of a trip)we didn´t get our croissant earlier and she also was not able to keep it for us (to pick it up in the evening..??)very unfriendly staff

A&O Hamburg Hammer Kirche

Hamburg, Germany

it is not possible to buy 5 min Internet, you must buy 20 min.... but I would recommend this hostel, it is really nice and clean, very good breakfast and very cheap, we were surprised about it. and only a few min. from the main station, really great!! discribtion to hosten is not correct, there is no bus have to take the s-bahn S1 to mainstation an then underground U2 or U3 to "Hammer kirche" then turn left an go down until you can see the german flag..:-)

Residencia La Ciutadella

Barcelona, Spain

there are 6 computers, but only 2 are working - we asked the man at the reception, but he didn´t care about this...he was unfriendly. you will not get any information about sights, buses, restaurants, entrances and where to get a aircondition at the room, only ventilators - but the room war really huge and there was a kitchen with refrigerator -with food from last visitors inside :-( one advantage: it was really quiet at night and it´s only 15 min. to walk to the center.

Hostel Meyerbeer Beach

Nice, France

We expected more information at check-in,for example how to use the safe, that there is a possibility to use the kitchenette (and what´s to pay for it),about the public buses and first we had to find our room because the key number was not ident with the room number...?!?in the bathroom water was dropping down under the washbasin permanently....toiletpaper was lying on the toilet ...a very small double bed....

EastSeven Berlin Hostel

Berlin, Germany

very nice and clean hostel! Don´t forget: check in is in the afternoon!!and if you want to use internet you have to buy a coffee (not tea ???!?!!?!!!) For a city tour is nothing to pay but only in English - no tour is in German !!(although you are in Germany!!??!) The hostel ist really ok and I would stay again here because it´s a good location.
