Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The free food and warm drinks were a bonus. Wifi coverage throughout the hostel could be nice. There were bugs living under the skirting board in my room, probably needs to be sealed.

Great hostel! Beds in each room are nice and private. The rooms were clean with wifi and the staff were very kind and friendly. The garden and pool area also gives the hostel a nice atmosphere. A small kitchen with fridge and kettle could be nice. Couldnt seem to get the water dispenser to pour hot water. There was also a mix up with the beds, not sure if it was the staff or a guest who couldnt figure out the bed numbering. The staff were quick to solve the problem anyway.

Seem to have a problem with mixing up the rooms. Also aircon remotes are kept in the reception, not to keen on guests leaving the aircon on longer than absolutely necessary. The hostel was clean and staff were friendly otherwise, not a bad place.

This hostel has a fabulous view of the cathedral and the rest of La Palma. The hostel has free wireless, though if you are staying in one of the shared rooms on the top floor you might have trouble connecting. You also have to hand your keys to the reception every time you leave the hostel. Other than that it's a great hostel with friendly staff and I would definitely consider staying there again.

It's a well situated hostel, near the center of Valencia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a great place with a spacious communal kitchen and lounge. The only problem I had was with showers being a little too small and leaking but I think they were in the process of fixing them.
