This hostel is in the best location. The rooftop terrace and bar are a great place to relax and meet people. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
This is one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The location right on the beach is amazing. You go to bed and wake up listening to the waves. Staff were very helpful. There wasn't much atmosphere while so was there even though they had a really nice bar. Perhaps in peak season there would be more atmosphere.
This hostel is in need of some serious renovations. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy, disgusting and run down. I hate to think o the level of hygiene in there. The rooms and beds were not much better either. Management need to put some money into fixing this place up - desperately! Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs!
This hostel is awesome. The location is great. Their is a kitchen with cheap food. There is a games room and a big TV room with comfy couches. The hostel organises all these great tours. I met some fantastic people here. There is also a 'party' room upstairs which is cool. Boogie one of the staff members absolutely rocks!!! If I ever come back to LA I will definitely stay here
This hostel was good however it is extremely noisy. It is right next to the motorway & the blinds were so light they might as well not have had any. There is a good cheap bar in the hostel and restaurant as well. If you do stay here make sure you pack some earplugs.
The guy who was the manager was really nice & helpful. We had our own twin room which was just lovely. It was such a pretty & comfortable room with a nice, new kitchen right next door and satellite tv! This hostel is a bit more like a hotel. It is one stop away from Central station so not in a really busy, crazy area which was nice & quite. Highly recommend
