We love Atilla and his getaway. It is a little piece of paradise in Selcuk. Fantastic food, pool, rooms and company. We didn't want to leave (and very nearly didnt)!
Pros: excellent location, the staff kindly picked us up from the bus station on arrival and our room was very quiet and blocked out all the noise from the surrounding nightlife and nice sunset. Cons: we booked a twin room several days in advance but instead got given a double. When we asked to change we were rudely told "whatever" and refused. The air on did not work properly and when set at 16 degrees, got te room to 36 degrees approximately. It was very basic for the amount we paid.
This hotel has a great location to access the hierapolis and terraces. Other then that it is very basic accommodation. Our room needed to have some simple maintenance that would have vastly improved it that included fixing the shower door that had completely snapped off and fixing the exposed wires on the built in hair dryer that got very close to being splashed when we tried to shower. Staff were reasonably helpful but lost interest when we didn't want to book any tours/buses etc with them.
This property is very good value or money. The room was lovely and the bathroom very modern. The breakfast was fantastic.

We had a great stay at Nomad Cave. The owners were so helpful and generous. They made our stay in Capadoccia a unique and fun experience. The sunset view that they took us to was a highlight as well as some local celebrations afterwards, and we can't thank them enough for this opportunity. The room itself was cool as it was in the cave. It was a big room and very clean. We 100% recommend Nomad Cave and ,at even need to come back again in winter!!
We loved Cheers hostel. So much so that we are heading back there soon. Tarik and all of the staff were extremely generous and friendly. The bar had a wonderful view and was a great communal area. Our room was huge and very clean. The breakfast was great. We 100% recommend Cheers hostel.
We cannot say enough good things about Dina, her family and this accomodation. From the moment we arrived in Santorini they were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very very clean. The homemade cake in the morning was a winner. The location of the hostel was very convenient. We love Dina.
It is really disappointing that despite the hostelworld spiel that there is 24 hour service transport by paradise camping to the wharf there is not which makes it very hard to get an 8am ferry. Staff at the site were not helpful at all. Paradise is very fun to party at but I wouldn't recommend staying there unless expensive average accomodation and cigarette butt covered crowded beaches are your thing. Stay in town or other parts of the island instead.
We only stayed one night to see the Acropolysis so we were in a fantastic location. This hostel was very clean and had very good communal areas. There were plenty of activity options available through the hostel. We loved the nespresso machine in our room!
Casa Gracia is a big exceedingly clean and quite organized, sociable hostel. It is really useful having a person dedicated to helping you book tours/transfers and giving advice on what to do in Barcelona. Our room (3 person) was clean and very newly renovated and the bathroom was luxury. Our only complaint was not being able to check in until 4pm as they kept forgetting to clean it.
We were in San Sebastian during the city festival so accomodation was all very expensive and hard to find. The staff at the hostel all were friendly and helpful even when a few things didn't run smoothly such as the wrong lock being put on our door and no wifi. We stayed in a 4 bedroom unit separate from the main accomodation which was quiet and comfortable.
The hostel was clean and well located. The staff however were not friendly at all and wouldn't even look at us when speaking to us. I wouldn't recommended staying iron the 3rd floor during summer as it is very very hot and there was no aircon in our room and only a very poorly functioning fan.
Great staff, Valentina gave a fantastic intro to the hostel and to what to do in Seville. Great common area where we met fantastic people. Great options for tours/activities. Highly highly recommended.
The staff were so unbelievably friendly and made you feel so welcome. The owners were so kind and even made us cake and smoothies! Our room was a twin private which was basic but had everything we needed. The place was pristine clean. We stayed across the road from the main hostel that had its own terrace which was lovely. It was also very quiet.
Fantastic atmosphere. The best staff ever!!! We miss the place already. Definately will be back.
