We were four persons and had booked a 5 beds room. When we arrived our room was occupied and we were placed to a 6 beds room. For the staff it was an "upgrade" because we had a private toilet. But it was very small for 4 persons and noisy! We used the common toilets anyway. The thing I complain is: if they had my mobile number, why didn't they advise us about the change? It's a matter of principle: an "upgrade" can be also perceived as a "downgrade" sometimes... All the rest was ok!
The water at our floor has been cold for 2 days...luckily we got the code for another floor to have a warm shower there!
Quite close to the city centre (15 minutes on foot), clean , very nice staff!
It was my second time at the Logistic Youth Centre. Very friendly atmosphere and cosy areas/rooms. I have a car so it was really easy to reach the city centre.

When we arrived at the hostel no one was there, so when we left, though we rang the bell many times and tried to call the phone number. The woman who manages the hostel only speaks Bosnian. In the morning we found no water, so we couldn't even wash our faces! Also the hostel was quite far from the city centre, 40 minutes walking or 10 minutes by taxi.
The atmosphere is really relaxed, free tea for everyone in the main room, which is lighted with candles! Very good breakfast, the staff is very helpful. The toilets are clean and the rooms are quite big. Good choice if you wanna party in Istiklal!
