Awesome hostel. Massive pool, bars, table tennis, pool table, central location, air con, cold beers, great staff (who have worked at igaussu falls before so they have local knowledge) and the best part is thats there is a chef who cooks amazing food each night (and cleans up) for really cheap. Really couldnt fault it

Great location, clean, not a massive party hostel but I'm sure that's because it was winter. One of the staff, Frederico, was really nice and helpful

This hostel does pretty much everything right but was let down by having no hot water in the showers for 3 days. After informing staff i was constantly referred to the showers reserved for the private rooms (says so on the door) which there is only 1 of. I was even told that there is problems getting it from the pipes in the street (even though it works for the private room). The breakfast was great and the common rooms even better, kitchen and the free wine from 7-8pm every night was fantastic.

5-7 min walk from town centre but the town isn't much anyway, you are only there to do tours. The hostel was good and close to the bus station. Luis the guy working there was great

Really good hostel with great courtyard and tasty meals. Not a party hostel. Reception desk was empty a lot of the time but staff were generally very friendly. BBQ said unlimited sides but it wasn't.

I thought it was a better party hostel than wild rover but the food at Loki isn't as good as wild rover. The bar staff are alright but I got the feeling they thought they were celebrities for working there. Would stay at loki again

Great party hostel. We had some long wait times for food and waiting to order drinks at the bar. Also had a random walk into our dorm at 3am waking everyone up asking for a lighter even though she wasn't staying in our room. The travel agency was helpful but reception staff not so good.

Really good hostel in the right part of Medellin. I checked out casa kiwi too and don't really see what the difference is, casa kiwi has a pool and possibly better party seen but happy Budda is just as good IMO

This review is for divanga hostel not casa divanga as there are 2 about 100m apart. Has really good rooftop bar and chill out spots around pool and in tv room. Pool wasn't very clean but ok to put feet into. Food and rooms are good quality

Hostel Rio Playa

Good party hostel in really good location. The pool is only half a meter deep and warm water but it adds to the bar atmosphere. The guy in the bar will get you into clubs for free if you join his pub/club crawl.

El Jardin de Frida

Tulum, Mexico
89%

The best hostel in Tulum, the rooms are really clean and it's great for relaxing. The private rooms are amazing. Everyone I met here was really friendly and there is heaps of space and a nice garden with hammocks. If your staying in the town of tulum and not the beach (I don't think there are any hostels on the beach anyway) then I recommend staying here. It's a short bike ride to the cenotes (don't bother with the gran cenote) and as close as most other hostels to the beach (50 pesos in taxi).
