Hostel Natura

Puerto Iguazu, Argentina

The hostel has a great potential, being it a quiet oasis in the city of Puerto Iguazu, but unfortunately it didn't feel safe at all (some outsider entered in the dorm the night before I arrived and stole the belongings of two backpackers). No lockers in the dorm but only few drawers in which you won't fit all your stuff. Also, the swimming pool was broken, the bar shut and there were small ants in the sugar box and all around the kitchen. Good location though, right in front of the bus station.

The Hostel-Inn Buenos Aires

Great hostel, in the heart of San Telmo, few blocks away from the metro station, and with loads of shops, laundries, kiosks and restaurants nearby. Perfect location for the Market on sundays, and just a stone throw to Plaza Dorrego. The hostel is nice and clean, the common area is small and some dorms are around it. Private rooms with aircon, located on the upper floor; almost no water pressure in the showers there, so we didn't have not even one hot shower in 5 days.. Overall a good hostel

Hospedaje Brabant

Nazca, Peru

The Brabant Hostel is overall a very good place for any short term stay in Nazca: the rooms are basic and yet very comfortable, it has good showers with hot water, it is very well located (Nazca is a pretty small town, and the hostel is just 3 minutes walk from the main square, and it has nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also it takes just ten minutes walk to the bus station). What is really valuable there is the staff: trust Jesús, he'll do his best to make your stay uniqye.

The Pariwana Lima is exactly how a Youth Hostel should be: super central location, any kind of facilities around it (ATMs, supermarkets, cinemas, shops, taxis, clubs etc..), clean, safe, with big and comfy beds (letely we've been missing them so much...!), loads of nice people, activities and stuff to do. Only downside, the computers in the common internet area were pretty slow and needed to be updated (which is useful if you want to use your dropbox or some other apps). Definitely recommended

The Samay Wasy is absolutely an excellent hostel, and I would recommend it to anyone who wishes to live in the real atmosphere of Cusco. The hostel is located in the beautiful San Blas district, ten minutes (slow walk) to the city center and the neighborhood is very quiet and above all safe. Once you get there you will be amazed by the view of the city from the terrace. My praise goes to the staff as well, very difficult to find any better around!
