Riad du Petit Prince

Marrakech, Morocco

This was a great place to stay, and good value for a triple room with our daughter. The place is charming and clean, and the staff are friendly and will organise (and do) trips and tours. We stayed in winter and it was fine. Is close to one of the gates to the medina so is easy to get in. It is about a 20 minute walk to themain square, but is easy to get a taxi by going out of the medina and around. They can pick you up at the airport. We would stay again.

MPS Noorderzon

Amsterdam, Netherlands

Great little place to stay in a great location near central station. Owners live o n the boat and are very well organised and particular so everything is extremely clean . Guests need to vacate the public areas of the boat by 11pm so that others can get some sleep. This is not a p lace for partyers - a good thing! Note this is a real boat - not a houseboat - so the cabins are below deck and very small. Good value and cute.

Soggiorno Elia

Naples, Italy

The room was clean and very convenient to the central station, and it was cheap, however the area was very seedy. We didn't have any problems and if the seediness doesn't bother you then it's good value. (But I probably wouldn't stay there again.)

Happy Island B&B

Rome, Italy

This is a new b&b, and all the fittings are new and really clean. The location is great, very close to the metro, just 3 stops from Termini. Fabio the young owner is enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay of 6 days there. We are travelling with a child and were made very welcome.
