City Backpackers Hostel

Stockholm, Sweden

Expensive, but very well maintained and comfortable. Excellent facilities and location.

Red Emperor Bar&Hostel

Tallinn, Estonia

Perhaps the best hostel I have stayed in from over 40 countries worth of travel. Highly recommended!

Academica Summer Hostel

Helsinki, Finland

So so place. Bit away from the main part of town, but close to Tallinn ferry terminal.

Hostel Rudolf

Rovaniemi, Finland

Unfortunately a bit of a ways out of town and inconvenient to check-in at other hotel. Room was clean and had TV. Average stay.

Aventura Boutique Hostel

Budapest, Hungary

I've stayed in hundreds of hostels and have never been impressed enough to write a review here. But I have to say that this place has the most friendly, helpful, amazing staff that I've ever come across. Thank you Anna! It's very homely. Clean. Hot, strong showers. No bunk beds (they have lofts which is cool). Well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. It was perfect.

Do Step Inn

Vienna, Austria

Free internet is amazing. And kitchen facilities were excellent. Get up early for hot water though.

Torquay House

London, England

Hostel 63

London, England

Filthy place. Beware! But very nice part of London and close to everything you could possibly need.

Two Ducks Hostel

Rome, Italy

Excellent stay! Was in a different building from the main hostel, and shared an apartment with kitchen and everything. Highly recommended.

Koine' Hostel

Salerno, Italy

Showers don't have screens and toilets don't lock, but otherwise fine

LoLHostel Siracusa

Syracuse, Italy

Great spot. Near station and supermarket. But no hot water. And no lockers.
