Really hot and uncomfortable nights here. Only one fan in the corner of a large room which wasn't working and looked like it hadnt worked for a long time. Reception were notified but it was never fixed after 5 days. Generally a bit noisy but I've had worse, definitely bring earplugs though. Good lounge room.and the bar is fine, but you're in Rome so why use a hostel bar? Breakfast is good but you need to pay. Average hostel probably better nearby.

Great location, just 10mins to all the main sites. Great breakfast and roof terrace. Could do with a little renovation but otherwise comfortable beds and clean. Recommended.

Overall a good hostel from most aspects, the men's toilets were continuously smelly throughout my stay there but that was the only downside. Great location with a bar on the ground floor and a well equip common room/kitchen.

Very basic, no AC or fans in the dorms. Very noisy. Salt water showers. OK for a couple of nights but no longer than that. Bar is very chilled and good. Beach is nice. Owner and staff are very cool, just need a little refurbishment.

Really need some lockers in the rooms, there's no excuse for it really in a capital city. A few more sockets and some individual bed lighting in the room would also be nice. The hostel is right next to a railway line so make sure you bring some earplugs. The location is great, very central and the free airport pick up and drop off is much appreciated.

It's not a hostel but a student halls of residence so great for a weekend stay where you want a room with ensuite but not for meeting people. The room was cleam, security was good and the location is absolutely excellent.

Could do with lockers in the rooms and some better ventilation. Has though annoying bed than move when someone gets on top. Other than that a perfectly fine hostel. Would stay again.

Great place to stay with nice staff and helpful manager. Clean rooms and hot showers. Fun bar and restaurant with good food.

Do not give these people your hard earned money - they really don't deserve it. They staff don't care and are downright lazy in some cases). You need to pay for wifi in their overly expensive bar on the rooftop. The rooms lack proper ventilation (and therefore smell all the time) and the showers are poorly maintained. Of the 80 or so hostel I've stayed in around the world, this is easily in the bottom 10%.

Toilets smelled a bit and the spaghetti they sold had the meanest amount of sauce I've every seen - must have have been about a tablespoon full. But everything else was fine.

The bathroom could be in a better state or repair. There should ideally be lockers for your bags too. A decent place to stay. Staff are friendly but not deserving of such high ratings.

No lockers and no rooms keys so practically anyone can walk in. Its in good condition, brand new, great beds but there isn't really a proper communal area. Staff are helpful but there's simple things that need to be ironed out before it can be a good hostel.

An amazingly designed hostel. Great food and friendly staff. The chillout rooms with the hammock are a personal fav. Internet speed and coverage is absolutely dire however. Definitely recommended.

Not in the best condition. The plumbing was a little off, so when someone flushed next door it affected my bathroom and smells would leak in to my bathroom. Very strange. It's an ok place to stay if you just want a room but not much fun for anything else.

I've travelled all around Australia, NZ and parts of Europe. This is definitly for all aspects one of the best definitly in the top 3 possibly number one. It has all the little touches that are important to a traveller on the road and is almost like a laidback hotel.

A nice place, a good location about 20mins walk from Centraal station in the Jordaan area. Very clean and friendly staff but the shower pressure and beds are terrible.
