This is a nice, modern hostel in a good location for Kensington Market and with easy access to other parts of the city by subway and tram. The free breakfast is great and there is free rice and popcorn too. The dorms are very small and the social spaces are locked when staff are off duty at midnight which makes it difficult to get things done late at night plus a number of longer term residents (travellers working in Toronto). Good place to stay.

The hostel is well situated and functional enough but I had hoped for better. The staff weren't welcoming, there was no atmosphere and they still use an antiquated key system for the doors. A good enough place to stay but it could do with some modernisation and some vibrant staff to make the mood of the place more cheerful.

This is a fantastic hostel, the best I've stayed at on my current trip around the US and Canada. The staff are friendly and helpful, the facilities are everything you'd expect and it feels more like a home than a hostel.

The hostel does a great job considering its size. A fantastic location, activities, a bar and great breakfast selection make it the place to stay in Quebec City. Things to improve/change; the wifi was a bit hit and miss, the bar should be more of a social hub for the hostel and the heavy doors were very noisy especially when roommates came back late at night.

The hostel's location is great and it's got everything you'd expect from a modern hostel. It does serve a good breakfast too. The kitchen and social areas could be bigger. Not everyone wants to go to the hostel bar in the evening although the variety of events they host should cater for most tastes.

I enjoyed my stay at the hostel. They could do with having a bathroom downstairs for those staying in the basement, more tourist information and more visible staff but it's a very nice place to stay.

This hostel is in a fantastic location close to Union Station and local shops and restaurants and a short walk from The Mall. Their no shoe policy is strange and never fully explained and the kitchen and bathroom facilities could be improved with little changes such as more food storage space, more crockery, regularly changing the towels and more trash cans. The staff were very welcoming but should offer more information on things to do around DC. I would recommend a stay at this hostel.

This hostel is pretty good. It's out of the way but the regular shuttle service to the subway (a walkable distance) and pick ups on demand make it an easy place to stay with a laid back atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.
