Try mammas dinner. It's so delicious but also the best way to meet new people and have a good chat. Wouldn't recommend the pubcrawl though. The bars weren't good, you can find better ones yourself. And we only went to three places! Party in the hostel was better (the staff is really cool).

Lovely hostel. It's perfect to relax because of the roof terrace and the atmosphere was nice, too. The staff is really cool and openminded. Great area (Alfama). My favorite in Lisbon.

Red Emperor Hostel

The hostel is the place to stay if you're into PARTY and don't mind a night without sleep. Not if you just want to hang out. (too noizy during the night, walls seem to be very thin - I could hear people talking nextdoor like they were standing in my room) There is a cool bar next door (with a halfpipe inside and a massive Jenga-game). They offer cheap drinks and you get to know locals there as well. Kitchen but no common room with couches. The turtle didn't seem to be happy in her tiny home!!!!

Nice cozy hostel with an amazing commonroom. If you're a musician or you like to play instruments - this is your place to stay in Tallinn. It was a bit quiet when I was there but I can imagine if there is a cool group of people, the commonroom is a good place to hang out..

Nice and funny staff. The tapas tour was nice (good food for a good price). The clubs they bring you to are in my opinion to mainstream and expensive. Perfect location.

The location was excellent, 1min walk to the street with popular bars and located in a nice area with little quieter streets where you can get good food for prices which are not too expensive. To the beach it's a longer bus journey though. Staff was nice and helpful, the room we were in was big but could be cleaned more often (especially because people go to the beach and bring back a lot of sand).

St Christopher's Barcelona

New hostel, very clean. The bar is cool and prices are ok. Full off internationals.. Every night they offer another club for free if you're staying at the hostel. The clubs are very big and mainstream though (good if you like it, otherwise not... and also expensive drinks). If you look for the alternative part of Barcelona, this is not the best hostel to stay at. Otherwise really cool and close to all sightseeing areas..

Nice clean hostel, big rooms and no bunk beds (nice) plus nice furniture. The location is great, close to a nice area in Kreuzberg with a lot of bars and cafes. Easy to get there from the train station as well.

Astor Hyde Park

London, England

The hostel is located in a really rich neighborhood with beautiful victorian houses around it. When we walked there, we didn't expect a hostel there. Also it's really close to Hyde park and Kensington gardens. The room was clean and bright. We stayed only one night but we saw signs that daily activities (pub crawls, etc) are there as well. Good option if you want to stay in a "better" area.

The location can't be better.. Our room had seaview.. The beach there is really nice and for those that would like to go surfing it's the perfect location. Also the bar has seats outside from where you can watch the sunset over the ocean. One of the guys downstairs behind the bar (dark hair) was pretty unfriendly though! We didn't know that dinner was only served till 9 (till he told us in a charming way) and he was also really arrogant when serving us and other guests..

The hostel had a nice common room and a backyard. There was a kitchen for those that fancy to cook. If you are a couchpotato, there are plenty of dvds in the common room and some comfy couches plus a huge tv!

Very nice, small hostel with a comfy living room and a beautiful garden.. It's more like living in a Bed&Breakfast. If you are planning to cook, there is a fully-equipped kitchen. It's a little walk to the city centre but you'll be there in 10minutes. We stayed for just one night but I could have stayed longer!

Brooklyn was a nice area to stay at. The metrostation is nearby and it takes only 10-15mins to get to central stops in manhattan! The hostel was cleaned every day (at least kitchen and the common bathrooms, not sure about the ensuite bathrooms) but still because there are only a few they weren\'t always that clean because so many guests used them. The free breakfast is nice (cereals, pancakes, bread, fruit and coffe), only on the last of our 7 days most food was eaten. Staff is not ver
