A very spacious, well-equipped and well-located Liverpool hostel. It's very close to the city centre and has all the facilities I could ask for.
Very good hostel overall, and well-located right next to bus stops, train, supermarkets and shops, etc.
An excellent place, well-placed near shops, restaurants, parks, etc. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful and the rooms were pleasant and well-furnished. I had a great stay here.
This hostel in central Istanbul is very small and cramped and, worse, has no air conditioning. So windows were left open all day and night, and the noise levels were constantly high. In fact, even though I was exhausted on arrival, I still found it impossible to sleep that night, even with eye mask, sleeping tablets and ear plugs. The place is very cramped, with nine beds in a very small dorm room facing the street. Location was quite good in that shops, bars, etc are all nearby.
A fine hostel: well-run, clean, secure, and with good facilities. I think it will appeal more to long-stay hostellers as opposed to backpackers looking for a weekend of fun in Camden.
The staff could definitely do with some training: not just in social skills, but how to work in a hostel generally. Also, there seemed to be lots of people going here and there in the hostel, and it was never clear if they were staff or not, or what they were doing.
