The hostel has a lot of nice amenities like free breakfast and a good atmosphere. However, it is a hostel, and it was quite loud at night. If you are older and/or want to get a good night's sleep I would not recommend it. People were outside of our window partying until the early hours of the morning even though there were supposed to be quiet hours from 10 pm. Otherwise it's a nice place.

Location is the best aspect of the hostel and relatively quiet. However, the WiFi was rarely working (blamed on the "rain" -- I guess it hardly ever works then? *rolling eyes*). When I complained the middle-aged/older woman with short hair who was working in the morning literally just stared at me and said nothing, then I talked to the younger woman with darker hair who was very responsive and at least tried to contact someone to help. The hostel itself is a bit run down. Get what you pay for!

Guesthouse Korunic, Korcula, Croatia

Guesthouse Korunic was a great place to stay. The owner was super sweet and picked us up at the port. The room was clean and comfortable; it faced the street below and there was some street noise even from the third floor, but you just need to close the window. There's no air conditioning but the fan was sufficient to keep the room cool at night. The wifi didn't work at first but got better through our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Korcula!

Aramo was so great to us. We had to get up early and he not only accommodated us but also paid for our breakfast since he couldn't make it so early. Orvieto is a nice place and this B&B is close to everything. We had a great time.

Giovanni was so great, he spent a lot of time going over some possible plans for a daytrip outside the city. He answered all of our questions and was very kind. The B&B itself is nice. The LIGHT breakfast is VERY light, just be aware ;) We didn't have the extra breakfast. The location was great. There is some street noise so bring ear plugs if that bothers you.

I've stayed in a lot of hostels, bnb's, etc. and this one definitely makes the top 5. It was perfect. Close to everything, incredibly kind and sweet staff who are always available to help, breakfast by the pool, convenient and easy pick up/drop off, etc. We had an awesome time and I definitely recommend it.

This was a good hostel to stay in at a reasonable price. I stayed one night in a 4 female bed dorm with a private bathroom and there were just 2 of us. If there were any more the room would have been entirely too cramped. The street noise was pretty intolerable if you are a light sleeper (I was on the first floor) and the window was broken and could not be shut. I was literally there to just sleep--got there late and left early--so I did not get a good sense of the place but it was still fine.

DIRTY! It was the worst hostel I've ever stayed in in that regard. Such a shame bc if they cleaned it up and made it look decent-looking, it would have a lot of charm. It's in a decent location to downtown and easy to get to by public transit. But dear God is it gross. The blankets obviously haven't been washed in a while, the attic room was freezing and gross, the bathroom, particularly the shower needs help. The kitchen was OK. I would not recommend this place unless you can deal

Great place to stay! Not much at all like a hostel, just renting a flat which was perfect for us. Despite it not being like a hostel and the perks of having staff on hand, it didn't matter because Saskia was extremely helpful with her recommendations. She gave us a map and patiently and thoughtfully responded to our emails and in-person questions throughout our stay. The flat is in an awesome location for the amount we paid, right in-between Copacabana and Ipanema. Thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was helpful with some great places to eat and see. The internet in the rooms could have been a little better. The hostel was generally quiet and didn't seem like a big party hostel, which was good for us. Thank you, Pariwana!
