The hostel looks more like a cheap hotel. The bathroom was excellent, clean and spacious. Wi-fi is practically non-existent, staff not very helpful, reception closes at 00.30. The main downside - absolutely no security. The doors to the hostel are locked with a code, so practically anyone can get in without even passing through reception. The rooms have no locks whatsoever. When I informed the hostel that I got robbed they just shrugged their shoulders and told me to go to the police.

Dear Aliya, we are very sorry for your bad experience. We looked at our two cameras, we have 10 cameras videosurveillance system, positioned on the same floor of your room but unfortunately not finding something strange. That's why we suggested you to go to the police to file a complaint and start any investigation. We apologize If you've had problems with our wifi connection. Thanks a lot for your helpful review. We remain at your disposal for any clarification. Sincerely, the Management

As a b&b it's pretty nice, don't expect a hostel though. It's a large apartment with rooms for rent. The owner is very nice and helpful. He also offers tours to Vatican which I wouldn't recommend. Breakfast is a croissant and a cup of coffee. Wi-fi is slow, but works, same goes for the AC. It's near Vatican, so if you plan to go mainly there the location is excellent. Downtown is a 10 min. bus ride or 30-40 minute walk, 10 euros cab drive. The bar district is about 25 min. walk away.

The hostel is really beautiful, with very friendly atmosphere and excellent staff. The rooms are so clean you could eat off the floor. The beds are really small and the hostel is telling the truth when warning that the rooms are tiny. The central station is just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast is good, includes ham, cheese, some jams and peanut butter, cornflakes, apples. The common space is spacious, with a TV, comfortable couch and lots of tables.
