i stayed in this place in late December 2013. The place itself seemed ok and decent. The staff were pleasant. The front desk is at the bar, so you have to walk into the bar to check in. We stayed in a double room. It had 2 old couches in it and a desk and a bunk bed. The bed and pillows were plastic, so not comfortable. The showers seemed dirty. I didnt shower in them. The place is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the old city. There is a grocery store and bar across the street. was an ok stay

great place to stay. i stayed in a private room. it was clean and comfortable. had an ensuite. The windows opened onto the courtyard. Unfortunately you could hear the sounds echoing in the courtyard. the room had an air con as well. the staff were nice and friendly. had to pay someone $20USD to show me the place. its a bit hard to find at first. once you know it, it's quite easy to find. they offer a small breakfast for about $3USD. you get coffee, juice, 3 small pancakes.

good place to stay in the heart of Casablanca. it is a 2 min walk to place mohammed v. only a 5 min walk to the pedestrian mall, and 10 min walk to place nations unies. the room was decent. it had a small balcony, a small tv, and 2 single beds. no problems whatsoever .staff are there 24 hours. The staff are helpful and friendly. they don't have a map of Casa though, so make sure you have your own. place was very quiet. would stay again!

When i arrived there, i rang the buzzer ( the place is an apartment, and the owner rents rooms). No answer when i buzzed. Someone else was waiting, said they have been waiting 1 hr. We buzzed again. No answer. So we waited 30 mins. I then called their number. Housekeeper that answered didnt speak english. So i got the other person to speak spanish to them. She let us in and we found out the ower was away until late afternoon. The room and racilities r nice, clean. However not worth the hassle

First I apologize for not being able haberles I personally attended but for private reasons I was absent right up until the day of arrival, secondly I want to remind customers that the arrival time for check-in is from 12: 00 hours and if at that time came early as confirmed by mail, and the assistant made the effort to get there first. anyway thanks for your visit.

Las Musas Hostel

the hostel was nice. really good location. only a 5 min walk to Sol, which is the main square in Madrid. Lots of little cafes and resturants near by. The hostel was clean. Bed was comfortable and room was nice. The only downside though is that if you are staying on the first floor, you can hear all that goes on downstairs in the reception/common room. There is no door to close off the common room, and the sound travels up the stairs. its really annoying if you are trying to sleep.

the room was very average. the tv had no cable, and there was no reception. there was no hot water for a hot shower! they were also like those `gym showers`, where there is one big room with a couple of showers in it, as opposed to individual showers. but the staff were very friendly, especially the lady at the booth that took the payments and stuff. i would not stay here again though.
