It's not a hotel, you rent one bedroom of a private house. The room has airconditioning and the toilet is quite new. The house is located next to the main road to the airport. The city center is 10 minutes walking by the stairs. You can park your car in a side of the road attached to the hill itself. A good option if you don't mind going up and down the stairs to get to the city and the house. To rent a room in Dubrovnik is not cheap, so there are not many more options.

The reception is in a separated building. The hostel looks dirty and abandoned. There's nobody controlling the building so you feel unsafe cause everybody can come in and use the common areas or facilities and they do it in fact. The guys in the desk were really boasty and rude. Good location in the city center but fails all the rest. Nasty!

No aircon. Very hot in the room. It smells bad, because some rooms look at a courtyard next to with a chimney that it's very noisy as well. The TV didn't work at all. Very old fashioned hotel. It's like a hostel.. Good points: water in the room, fridge.

The location is great, you can park your car for free. there's no aircon, and the downstairs rooms are really hot at night. we were run out of tap water for some hours (during a water pipe city revision or sthing simillar). The staff is helpful, but the guy is very detailed in all his "long" explanations about the hostel and the city. Greetings from CATALONIA!

The hostel is located in the old town, the hotspot area of the city. There's aircon in the rooms which is valuable. One thing about the staff: we asked them about how to park our car (because the district is a restricted cars area) and they said they don't really know where to park and how much to pay and how the parking signs must be read, so finally we parked in a private area and we were charged a big amount of money. The breakfast is just nothing. Greetings from CATALONIA (NOT SPAIN)!

Very economic hostel in a calm and well-communicated area in London. Lots of shops and places to go at night (The Trobadeur). The breakfast is included and it's a good one. A remarkable place to stay!!! Thanks

Sometimes the price should not be the only condition to select a hostel. Royal is for sure cheap, but also old, smelly, no sitting room, no air-conditioning, no luggage storage, no tv room. A bit deprressing. scar from Catalonia.

An awesome hostel. Really friendly and helpful all the staff, the owners included.New,comfortable, with all the facilities you need and more. Only one con:"BUFFALO IS THE MOST HORRIBLE CITY I'VE EVER SEEN". You feel really unsafe at night and people are quite rude and bad-mooded. Toni from CATALONIA.

Hey all! Very nice location in mid Manhattan for a very reasonable price.Very close to subway lines and many facilities in the area.MAIN PROBLEM: A MOUSE WAS LIVING IN OUR ROOM. The hotel is an old building and it smells badly. Toni from Catalonia.
