They call a kitchenette a kitchen Beds are very short (i am 1.79 and i did not fit). Matrasses are extremely thin The 6 bed femaledorm is spacious enough but it has white curtains that don't even cover the window! And there are a lot of lights in front. So very light room The girl upstairs was just knitting, nothing else. They did help w laundry and if you can find them with inquiries These were the first showers in Taiwan w/out shampoo

We never called the kitchenette a kitchen, both on our website and on Hostelworld. There are many types of travelers, some who love light and some who don't, we're sorry you happened to be someone who did not enjoy the light. Not sure what you were expecting from the girl upstairs. If you had any questions you were most definitely welcomed to bring out.

I actually stayed in the other Time House since there was nobody in this place. The dorms are on the fourh floor and the bathroom at the first floor. Not very convenient. Ao Hua is nice but doesn't speak much English. He tries though. He picked me up from the bus station in Hengchun, later drove me to the scooter rental.

Nice enough to stay for a few nights. Dormrooms have enough space and a small locker for each bed. Hostel is clean where you can see it but under my bed it was horribly dusty Staff was friendly but did not know a lot. Location is convenient, just off the Main Train Station. Although finding M8 (see directions) was very very tough. I would recommend going above ground

We had a great stay, Ilya was very nice and gave us plenty of information about the Old Town. Our 2 person room was great, big, actually 3 beds and a computer with internet in the room! What a service. The location is perfect. Unfortunately the atmosfere wasn't wonderful, it just wasn't busy enough but besides that I did not spend much time in the common area anyway. On the downside: The promised coffee was never available/left over and tea was finished after a while too....I wonder where the

The sheets on the matrass are too small so they come undone everytime, irritating. Location is pretty good, not far from the tram going into the old city The matrasses are good. There are lockers, the four female dorm was nice. Breakfast is good (yoghurt, white cheese, tomato and cucumber, olives, jam and nutella)
