The stay was overall very good, they let me in before the check-in time. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and are eager to help/support with any issue. Location is great in a very nice street with many restaurants and cool nightlife. Would definitely stay there again.
Muchas gracias for your feedback! We are really glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay and sincerely hope to have you here again!

Main feature of this hostel is its location really close to the action in the Bund. Rooms are nice and well-equipped. Staff is average, they helped with the basics but nothing beyond that. Would stay there again.

Very well located and at a convenient price; rooms are spacey and clean. There is a good range of excursions which the hostel helps you hire. Only downside was the staff, although they were most of the times kind, sometimes I felt they were unprepared or just willing to give me whatever answer even though it was unsatisfactory, especially at nights they didn't seem to be happy when I asked questions which definitely established a limit.

Probably the best hostel I've stayed in Asia. Very nice hostel with very good vibes. Convenient location close to the Chinatown and all kinds of stores. Very clean and at a reasonable price.

The only real motivation that anyone should have when staying in this hostel is the value for money it offers as well as the good location near the metro. It is a hostel within a couple of rooms in a hotel, very strange. Owners are nice and willing to help.

My experience here was great. It's a perfect hotel located on a walking distance to Glasgow's main streets (you have to walk up a hill to get there though, but not too bad). The price is unbeatable and the fact that it includes a Scottish/English breakfast makes it a no brainer, especially if you want just a place to crash for a night or two. Would definitely stay again here if in Glasgow.

Extremely big hostel with amazing facilities. The room was very clean and spacious, with lockers. Only spent here some hours and was not able to explore it all, but definitely gave me a good vibe and would recommend it. Staff is really helpful and patient with most (but not all) guests. Value for money is great.

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us a proper introduction to all the hostel facilities and even brought us to our room. The room had a rad design and was very clean. The common areas have a really good vibe and strict policies are in place to ensure noise levels are kept under control. Very good value for money.

Fairly good place for the London overpriced average. Facilities are normal and staff is kind - they came to our room during late night to solve an issue that happened with a strange guest.

Very good hotel in a good location, close to main streets and easily accessible either walking or by metro. Excellent value for money, would definitely stay there again next time.

Small and cozy hostel. Staff quite friendly; they arranged the activities for us according to our timings and requirements. Our room was cave-like and underground, which definitely enhanced the experience. Very unique place.

Reasonably good hotel for the price paid. Room of good size, a little dark and furniture a little bit old, but it was OK for a night. WiFi is good but went down for 45 min when I was having a crucial videoconference. Would stay there again for a night given it's proximity to the train station.

Really clean room, and overall good looking and relaxes hostel, which feels more like a budget hotel but with better style. Just what I was looking for. Very easy and fast to go to the train station using the ferries. Would stay there again definitely.
Hi, Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your stay. We are glad to know you enjoyed your stay and appreciate our style :) We hope to see you again and wish you happy future travels. Host, Justina

The hostel is an average accommodation over a pub. Great location, but overpriced for what you get.

Very nice hostel to rest, relax and chillout. We stayed in a 6 bed room and all the people were really friendly; we even created the so called "Tallinn Gang" after the 1st night. Staff emphasized the fact that it was not a party hostel.

Good hostel with great rooms. Staff wasn't really helpful though; they provided really limited information regarding the city and things to do.

I just stayed one night in the hostel but would have stayed more. Good location and really friendly staff, and breakfast! In the free walking tour they gave us a free beer and had a crazy night out with the people there. Would definetely recommend it.

Phoenix Hostel is a ready rad place. They received us very well with some free beer and the reception guy was extremely friendly. The room and bathrooms were fairly good but could have been cleaner.

Very nice, just what you expect from a hostel. Good facilities, common room is nice, free computers for use, WiFi works in all building, tv and luggage room, patio and garden for relaxing, rooms are ok with enough electricity sockets for everyone. Staff friendly and always eager to help. Terrific kitchen facilities, and included breakfast was more than good, breads, juice, cereal, jam, nutella, etc. Close to center and main attractions in Lisbon, walking distance. Freewalking tour can pick u up.

This hostel is great, has a super cozy atmosphere. From the moment we arrived we were received with cookies and mint tea. Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities are good, shared rooms are nice and bathrooms are ok and clean. Terrace is nice. WiFi works fine in whole building. Included breakfast basic but good, some bread and coffee. Good value 4 price. Only downside, hard to find, its right in a hidden place in the medina, but we arranged with the directions given, so no big deal!

This hostel is good, very nice. Not hard to find with given directions, even though its right in the medina. Close to good atractions in the city. 24 hrs staff, nice and friendly, willing to help. Shared rooms were nice and bathroom good and clean. Common areas are ok. Wifi works good in all the building. Included breakfast basic but good, some breads, coffe and milk. Stay here is basic but recommended, they have tour options for desert and other locations. Good value for money.
Thank you, Eduardo, for your comment. We hope to see you again here or in Spain. Hasta pronto.

Everything was good, but average. Location is a little bit tricky, hard to find, right in the medina, even tough with directions, had to rely on the help of locals to get there. Good common areas but closed during night, which is a bummer. Nice terrace. Got a private room a little more expensive, but seemed dorms were not that safe. Staff very helpful. Able to pay in €uros. Breakfast very basic, including only nan breads. I would recommend better staying outside the medina in this specific city

This hostel is a very nice, quiet and cozy place. Excellent location between city center and the Alhambra, makes it easy to move around. Facilities ok, good rooms, clean showers. Staff is very cool and willing to help. Included nice basic breakfast with cereal, milk, coffee and bread. Only downside is reception is not 24 hours, we had to wait a little because we arrived in the morning. Very good value for money, recommended. :)

Excellent, I-ve stayed in other StChristophers and this is far the better, good facilities, really good location near Placa de Catalunya, staff is charming as hell, breakfast included with jam, cheese, bread and juice, very nice. Didnt try the welcome tapas and sangria, showers with hot water, wifi works in the whole building, a basic but OK kitchen, bar separated from guests area. Definetely would stay here again.
Hello, thanks a lot for your review, it makes us really happy to know that you enjoy our place! Please come back, so you wont miss the welcome meeting next time! See you later!

Good hostel in great location in Stockholm, in a walking distance from the main interest points. It is very neutral in character. Something I didn't like is the fact that check-in should be done strictly within a really short window of time in the middle of the arrival day, that is a unconvenience if you arrive early. I also didn't like that bed sheets are charged separately, very uncommon these days.

Staff is very friendly and there is a very cool atmosphere in the lobby/bar area. It has very accessible location to city center. Something I didn't like was that there were not enough electric sockets in the rooms despite of the high demand they had among the guests (there were only 2 in an 8 bed dorm)..

Very cozy hostel, I really liked. It is small and therefore the service you receive is very personalized. Very good facilities in the rooms and bathrooms, and very clean as well. It has interesting signs and memes all over the walls. Location description could be made a little more accurate, I was lost like 20 min looking for it.

It is a fairly good hostel, but my impression is lower compared to standards of other hostels in Bayern. Staff is really friendly but cleanliness in the rooms could be improved. Was surprised that WiFi wasn't free given the price of the stay.

Good hostel, friendly staff, fairly good breakfast, provided maps and everything. The rooms could have been cleaner. Just a little difficult to find because the sign is too small. When I asked staff for a daytrip to Stonehenge they had not enough updated information and ended up looking for a your by myself.

Nice hostel with great location. The bathroom s are quite good and clean. Breakfast is a little expensive for what it is. My friend had a terrible problem during our stay but the hostel compensated it, so they do worry about the quality of your stay.

Strategic location in downtown Diego. Staff was semihelpful, could improve attention and willingness to guide. Several areas had weed smell. Facilities are quite good and has a very relaxed mood.

Very nice hostel in a strategic location in Buenos Aires, close to most of the touristic areas and to a Subte station. Facilities are very well equipped with lots of bathrooms and kitchens. They have security mechanisms and controls. During summer rooms tend to be extremely hot at night, a better ventilation system would be good.

The location of this hostel is just great, just in front of the main bus station and close to cool restaurants ad stores. Facilities are great too, with big and clean rooms and large common spaces. WiFi connection was intermittent however. Definitely the best option in this town. Friendly and helpful staff, they even have a cat 🐱.

This hostel / guest house had a really good value for the money I paid. Facilities were clean and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. It's a place to stay and rest rather than to network with people and party, it has a neutral atmosphere. It has a good location close to strategic bus stops.

The location of the hostel is great, just a few blocks away from Copacabana beach. However, bathrooms were limited in number, extremely small and not so clean, and one of the 2 was disabled, leaving just 1 tiny WC for the whole hostel. The showers worked correctly (good pressure and temperature) only 50% of the time. The staff was very kind and helpful.
